When I was asked to go paperless, I did not mind thinking it is good for the invirement and I could get to my records anytime since it was going to be stored digitally, until I needed it now and I was shocked when I found out that I can get only one year of my records and if I wanted more I would have to pay $2 PER PAGE for every one I request. It was a shock to me. So I went and request first to go back on paper statements and soon I will transfer all my accounts with a different bank that offers a better service.

They are slow with service after waiting over 10 minutes in the lobby to speak with someone about a safety deposit box. I tried to close the box and turn in the keys a week ago but was missing 1 key and they said they will charge for missing keys. They never mentioned needing an appointment but when I returned a week later, they acted like I should have known I needed an appointment to turn the keys in because they said it was a "BIG" process and that "no one was available and that they were too busy to run around an open the safe right now and to come back in 3 hours." This was at 11 am on a Thursday. They acted like it was a huge deal to shut down a safety deposit box. They have a representation in the lobby that was also discussing banking information with customers that was personal and was not considerate of other patrons having to listen to that customer's banking dilemmas. Most vehicles are previously totaled and somehow retained a clear title. My Silverado I bought there has severe frame damage. I payed almost $34000 for a totaled vehicle. Body shop stopped the estimate at $29000 worth of damage because it was beyond totaled. We had a settlement for them to buy it back which the dealership backed out of. Arbitration is mandatory in the contract. They refuse to respond. RUN! Do not buy from here. I will be posting anywhere i can find about this. Its just not right.
