As soon as I got there I showed paperwork and went to a window. The guy behind at the window was very nice and wished me luck. When I moved my vehicle to the appropriate location an older lady came out to administer the test. I was really impressed by how well she treated me and was passionate about her job. She explained everything before the test started. Compared to other tests I've taken she seemed to be paying attention rather than just trying to get through it. Overall great experience. Just be prepared and there shouldn't be any headaches.

I wasn't too upset about this because my current photo was terrible and didn't resemble me at all. If you do this, make sure to choose the at-home test option online. It costs $45, the same as taking it at the office, where the lines are insanely long. The DMV was packed! When my number was finally called, I was lucky to be assisted by Karen Gomez. When I reached her window, I told her, "Whatever you get paid, it's not enough." I had witnessed such rudeness from others there to take care of business. Nobody likes going to the DMV, but people, please be nice! Karen was incredibly kind and put me at ease. Working there must be so stressful, but Karen, you're awesome, and I truly appreciated your help. 7/12/24
