Have always received top notch service and advice from Orlando and Steve. I've made many purchases from aftermarket parts to tires, no matter what they sell they stand by their products and install. From wheels and tires to simple maintanence, they can do it all. read more

Superb service and timely! Was greeted formally with a smile, promptly handed the correct paperwork to get things going, and the wheel alignment only took about a half hour or so . . . definitely coming back for more work whenever needed for my vehicle(s). read more

This place is very professional and most importantly... honest. The latter is hard to find, especially when shopping around for auto mechanics. Orlando was very helpful and explained everything in great detail. The prices are very competitive compared with the other shops in the area. I will definitely be returning. read more

If you want something done right the first time, these are the guys to go to. VERY knowledgeable and they treat your car with respect. They got a alignment machine that accommodates lowered cars. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! read more

Reviews were accurate. Orlando was my tech/clerk and he was tremendously nice and highly knowledgeable. I came here for a custom alignment after visiting a few other shops. It seems many shops have no interest in doing alignment that is not 100% oem spec. This brought me to Auto Innovations. Not only did they do alignment exactly to my specifications (I autocross my car and also drive it on the street, so I wanted something very specific). But after a slight communication mistake by both our parts, they redid the labor in the rear to get it just right. Highly recommended. Get an appointment first as they are sure to be Very popular! Good price, Great service, excellent shop. read more

Heard about these guys on S2ki and well worth it! Got my tires and the best alignment there. Highly recommend these guys..and while you wait there's a good burrito place walking distance. read more

After seeing how much people like this place decide to give it a shot. I needed to do an alignment for Subaru Outback and Audi A4. It took about 45 mins each and the price was too low to print here. They gave me print outs with before and after measurements and explained what's what. Steering wheels are straight now and the cars don't pull. And guess what, they even test drive a car after an alignment to make sure it tracks straight. WOW! :) Very happy! read more

I always receive great service when I come here. If you need tires this is the place to get them from. Tell them I sent you!

Competivie price, excellent service, great location, and no long waiting! Is that something you want when you go buy tires? I did and I have never gone back to the other place... "C****o" read more

I've gotten my last 4 custom alignments here for my Honda S2000. Amazing work here by Orlando. They'll also mount tires to your expensive wheels without messing them up. These guys won't BS you :) read more

I had Orlando do an alignment on my vehicle. Custom specs, the car felt much more alive afterwards, and the price is right. I requested him to let me sit in the car during the alignment, but he couldn't for safety reasons. Instead he used ballast to simulate my weight. So make sure to weigh yourself first. Had two of my cars aligned by him and both turned out great! Highly recommended! read more

these guys seriously know what they're doing. it's why i'll drive all the way across the bay just to get tires mounted and an alignment. alignments done right... to my specs... and no (new) scratching of the polished ssr lips. i'm a repeat customer and i'll keep on repeating as long as they're open... read more

My friend used to work here and my boss knows the owners. I knew that they would do a good job aligning my car. They have an alignment machine that is suitable for lowered cars. Nice guys! read more

Great staff. I was looking around for some coil overs for my EM2 and they not only had the best price, but they had them in stock and could do the service the same day. After picking up my ride I heard some odd noise from the back of the car, I took it right back and they found out the issue right away and they made it right for me. I would highly recommend A.I. to anyone. Fast service, great price, nice staff. read more

I'm writing this review in waiting room as they work on my car! They're swapping out the Honda stock bars and replacing them with the ones I brought it (also Honda OEM bars, but meant for the Acura TL-S). Since my last review, I've brought my brother's car back for alignment. Very reasonably priced, and they're extremely knowledgeable about what they do. read more

These guys are simply fantastic. I was referred by a friend that works in the area for an alignment. The people were friendly, the service was prompt and my car feels really great now. I'm very satisfied with the level of professionalism displayed, they even checked the tire pressure on my spare! I was incredibly impressed. Highly recommended, will definitely be bringing more of my cars here and will be sending friends as well. read more

They were professional, quick, priced competitively, and very nice people to deal with. We bought a couple of new tires from them and a couple of months later got a nail in a tire we didn't buy from them. Called them up and got a same day appointment to get a patch on it and when I asked how much it was, the guy said "no charge". Just can't beat the service here! read more

I have a 15 year old car and have been guilty of going to those "new/used" tire places because it was cheap and I didn't really care if my tires were the same brand. I finally came to Auto Innovations and man, I should've came to these guys a long time ago. The prices are reasonable and the service is above and beyond. Not only did Orlando take care of my tires, I got my car back with super clean windows, floors vacuumed and a dust-free dashboard! As a woman, I am always a bit intimidated by any place that's car-related, but I know these guys are honest and quick to respond. No wonder they have been in business for close to 2 decades. I will never go back to those "new/used" tire spots again. With the rain season fast approaching, I suggest for you to check them out, you'll be glad you did. read more

Orlando and his staff is awesome, Go see him ... he knows what he is doing ... and knows how to treat customers. I would not trust my car to anyone else. I work in Capitola CA. and I am willing to drive to his place. If you need to work from him shop he has wifi as well. If your a gun enthusiast shooting range is walking distance. read more

Take my MR2 to here for some aggressive alignment settings. Really happy with the result. Orlando is the guy who works with me, he is very knowledgeable, he knows what he is doing and with his great work, my car runs like a champ. I will stick with him in the future for sure! read more

It's a trek from where I live but it's worth the travel. They mounted my work wheels and left no scratches. Not like America's tire . BLEH worst service ever. Last set of OZ wheels i had taken to them to get some tires dismounted came back with some new scratches on the inside and out. :| The guys over there at Auto Innovations are always friendly and helpful. I go to them any time I need to mount and dismount tires and rims. Won't go anywhere else. read more

Went here after calling into other shops and getting quotes on how much for an alignment for my 2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse and I can't say how professional this shop is! Other shops were telling me to put my stock wheels in because they would have to charge extra to take extra "precautions" in not damaging my wheels (bs btw). They were straight forward, honest, easy to communicate with, BEST PRICES and were patient with me when I had to change my appointment like 3 or 4 times. I have never received a alignment, but afterward they print you a paper on what the normal specs are and what specs your wheels are in regarding camber, etc. When my friend got his alignment at a different shop and he was shocked that he didn't even get one of the sheets. I will def. come back here in the future for any wheel or tire work! read more

As advertised by the people here, Auto Innovations really are very knowledgeable techs who know their stuff. Very helpful in giving their input on my needs. Had coilovers on my ride that I wanted to readjust to make lower, but they recommended I dont cuz since i daily drive on my car it'd wear out the tires alot faster, which I didnt think was too bad. Also helped me with my alignment and showed me that I needed new tires. Very very thorough job.. definitely will come back to get my new tires mounted by them. A++ work read more

Kick ass service and decent prices. I've been coming here for the last 8 years. Best alignments in town. They've done my street cars and my race cars. read more

I love my car. It pains me when something is wrong with it. Now I can take it here instead of Wheel Works (shakes fist in smite) to get alignments done among other things because they really go out of their way to ensure that they are doing the best of work. There are also ridiculously smexy cars parked about so the time goes by pretty quick when your ogling. About 30 minutes and I was out of there. 60$ well spent. :D read more

I'm another long time happy customer. If you need new tires or lower your car or even suspension work, drive the extra miles and let them touch your baby without any worries. Both Steve and Orlando are professional and they treat their customers with knowledge and respect. read more

This is also one of the best shops to go to for suspension work and alignments. Back in 1999 i had purchased a set of eibach sportline springs for my integra gsr through Auto innovations. I also had the springs installed by them as well. Not only was Orlando knowledegable about the product but he also knew the type of ride quality i wanted as well. Until now i still go through auto innovations for alignments for my acura. They offer competitive pricing and they also keep you updated on the status of your car. read more

to preface my review, this place is not yet 5 stars because orlando promised free tire rotations and i have yet to experience that service (since my tires are brand new) so until i do, 4 stars will suffice. i got new tires here recently after a major hydroplaning adventure/scare. orlando was extremely helpful in helping me decide on affordable and functional tires for my car. it even rained today, so im doubly thankful for new tires that have lots of tread on them. :) read more

Reasonable alignment price and very informative when it comes to cars. Great place for fixed up and lowered cars. Got my tein basic installed here. read more

Great service and friendly employees! Will definitely be coming back here from now on.

I scheduled an alignment for my 85 Corolla GTS. Scheduling was as easy as making a phone call. If you're local this is a great place to go for a factory alignment or your race alignment. If you're going in for the latter be sure to know the specs you need. They're a friendly crew and got me in and out pretty quick (Scheduling is key). My car feels solid and ready for Laguna Seca!! Thanks guys!! read more

I visited this auto shop recently. They've done great job and very efficiency as usual. I am vey satisfied with their services. I am strongly recommended. read more

Had to get my stock tires replaced as the OEM run flats were balding. Made an appt with these guys, went in w/ my tires and was out of there in an hour. Once again they provided me w/ great service as well as a great price! Highly recommended for all your tire needs! read more

I was referred to AI a few years back when I needed to get new tires for my Infiniti G35. The guys here are very friendly and courteous from a customer service perspective and very knowledgeable when it comes to products. I took my car in the other day for some new tires (Falken 452) and alignment and couldn't be more pleased with the work done. Steve explained what was done and I was very satisfied with the service. Highly recommend this place. Plus the prices are very reasonable. read more

A bunch of friends recommended Auto Innovations for tires and alignment and they did not disappoint. Steve and Orlando the owners/workers are very professional and friendly. Went in for tires and they noticed I needed new brakes. They informed me and recommended I replace them asap. Went in again for an alignment and they explained all their findings. Oh by they way the prices are very competitive. read more

These guys are awesome. I dealt with Orlando directly and he immediately asked me what I was looking for in terms of the alignment which is something most shops will not do with customers. He knew what I wanted despite my lack of knowledge regarding toe/camber and still hit the nail on the head when I came to pick it back up after 45mins or so from getting something to eat. The car handles great, and actually stays in a straight line like it should when I let go of the wheel. read more

This place is as good as it gets. Read all the reviews above and beneath mine. They speak the truth! Customer service is great and they know how to take care of your car. Quick and easy and I love how they give you a printout of what they've done to your car. Anyway, I'm not going to go all in dept about my experience because they're too many great ones like mine. Just look at all the 5 red stars, close the browser, get in your maintenance needed car, drive to Auto Innovations and get it fixed! Tell them the 5 stars sent you! read more

Were very professional people and polite. Had my car in for a custom alignment and they told me I installed my camber kit wrong so it would be difficult for them to get the specs I requested but in the end, they came through! They took my car out for 2 test drives to make sure everything was perfect. Very satisfied with their service and reasonable price for the amount of time they spent with the alignment. read more

Auto Innovations - Tires Near Me - Milpitas, California

Been going here for 5+ years. Their crew always take really good care of my wheels and car. I've heard horror stories of chain places scratching wheels and improperly mounting tires and wheel weights --- so I'd rather spend the extra $10 for peace of mind :) read more

I was recommended by a friend to get my suspension done here at Auto Innovations since he has known Orlando since back in the day. Didn't know what to expect, came here to make an appointment to install PSS10 on my 2012 DGM STI. On the day, I explained what I wanted as far as settings goes. When I picked it up, I wasn't used to see my car was lower than stock. So i took it as is and hope I will be back for more tuning. After few hundred miles, everything that Orlando did, was indeed to my expectation and liking. I'm keeping the settings for now until my next upgrade. Thanks for your quality work, I will be visiting again with more suspension/handling tuning. read more
