Auto Innovations installed on to my 2013 E93 M3 KW coilovers HAS kit and I bought set of 305/25/20 rear & 255/30/20 Toyo Proxes T1 sport tires along with bmw tire pressure sensors from them, they mounted the tires, sensors on to a set of new staggered size Zito Zf01 brushed grey tint wheels 20x11 Rear 20x9 fronts. Had Orlando lowered my car to a flush aggressive fitment with no tire rub. I highly recommend to make an appointment they are busy due to there excellent customer service and high quality work with returning satisfied customers. Great experience here...although this review is based on 10+ years ago! I thought I'd throw in my 2c.I'm glad to see that they are still in business. I had my Accord lowered twice here and both times they did a great job... haha first time was with the Eibach sports and Koni shocks.. d'oh! way too low! I was scraping everything in sight! ..a year later I couldn't take it and "raised" it up with the Eibach pro-kits..whew much better! I had Steven to mount and balance the new Toyo tires R1R tires on my new VOLK TE37RT white rims. His service is worth every single pennies and his price is very reasonable. He realized I did a few layers of wheel coating. He reminded me to tape the weight with white color duct bank to prevent from loosening. He is a very detail oriented guy ad take well of every customers' need. He didn't charge me any additional cost when I brought my own TPMS sensors from dealer. I came back another week to have Steven to demount the old tires from the Advan Racing RG. $60, very reasonable for his excellent workmanship. Why can't all businesses be like this!? If you don't buy your next tires here, you are INSANE! Bought my tires here last year..My summary: Simply the best: They make appointments so there is no waiting in a line or leaving your car there all day. Order your tires, they call you when they arrive, make an appointment and wait about one hour for your tires and alignment to be perfect. Today once again these boys came through. Went in for a tire rotation, alignment and to check a slow leak in one tire. 1) Even though there are only 15K miles left on my tires they did not try to sell me new ones. 2) The slow leaking tire: They went the full length and checked at all four tires, found nails in three of them and patched them all. 3) They balanced all four tires even though I did not ask to have it done. 4) They checked alignment and said it was fine..no need to do an alignment. 5) The price was as good as it gets! 6) All done in about 40 minutes! These guys are simply the best. Honest, fast, organized, and no BS! I actually look forward to coming here for car work. Why can't all businesses be like this!? read more

Contacted them on yelp and they responded almost immediately. Made an appointment through here too as they were able to squeeze me in today. My car had bad vibrations after another shop mounted and balanced my All Terrain Tires. I was thinking it could be my suspension components because I had just gotten it mounted. They found out that my tires were balanced my incorrectly by the previous place. Got a quote through here and they charged me the lesser amount. Fixed my problem in a timely and professional manner. Edit. Came back again after corresponding over yelp for quote and appointment. This time I stayed in the office to do hw, they have table with plug and WiFi. Eat time was 1 hr but they finished in 30. They really know what they are doing. They made sure I knew what I was asking also to make sure there was no miscommunication and I like that. I was going bigger in tire size etc. They put my old wheels back into my car as I brought the new wheels in a fashion to protect my car. I loved the attention to detail. It was mainly the owner Orlando who was diligent with attention to detail such as: do you have a tire pressure preference, knowing that I might be into off-roading as I had they install off road tires. Brought my Tacoma here yesterday for an alignment and to mount new tires/wheels. As always, Auto Innovations has a solid staff who is reliable, honest and trustworthy. They mounted my rugged terrain tires with ease and even had black wheel weights to blend in with the new wheels. Orlando was nice enough to point out the set which required more weights for balance so I can put those in the rear. Alignment also went smooth as always, with closed communication back/forth with Mike regarding what specs I was looking for. He was able to recommend some camber settings based on his experience with wear on these trucks (which are new to me for the time being). Thanks again guys. I've been getting alignments at AI for the better part of five years now. The last three cars I've owned have had their alignments done there. Being into autoX and track driving my settings are always on the racey side with high negative camber values and such. Orlando or Mike have always been up front with how likely I am to achieve my desired alignment values. I've used other shops in the past and often found prices to be unreasonable or accuracy to be poor. I have free lifetime alignments at Wheel Works, but there's a good reason I only use them for quick toe adjustments to get me by until I have a proper adjustment done. I have enough confidence in AI's work that I took my dad's 2015 Genesis sedan to have its geometry corrected after noticing abnormally fast tire wear. Highly recommended. Just call ahead and schedule an appointment. read more

After going to various alignment shops, this is the only shop I will go to, as they are honest and are extremely knowledgable. Many of the other shops I have been to just can't get it right and aren't honest like the guys at Auto Innovation. Even though I live 30minutes away from them and might have difficulty re-adjusting my schedule to get an appointment with them, it's well worth it. I've brought 5 cars here and all of them have driven completely straight after getting an alignment with them. What sets them apart from the rest is the fact that they align the car, test drive the car, and check the numbers again.
