My father-in-law was at the dealership this afternoon for a few hours and had many questions about financing and the loan process in general. We were on the phone with him to help guide him through everything. He was repeatedly apologetic because he knew he was asking a lot of questions, and the sales representatives were patient and respectful with him. However, toward the end of the transaction--right before finalizing--the finance manager, Jim Kelley, made a highly inappropriate comment. As he was leaving the office, he said, "these fucking people," referring to my father-in-law and possibly to us on the phone with him. This comment was completely disrespectful, felt racially charged, and came entirely out of left field. After hearing this, we no longer felt comfortable giving this dealership our business. My husband asked my father-in-law to request his keys, ID, and registration back and leave. If you choose to go here, be aware of this extremely disrespectful behavior from the finance manager.

Other than the "disabling box" if you miss payments, they're fantastic people and they sell cars at great prices. The only problem is that I don't buy cars very often so I can't really give them repeat business. I bought my car from the other location, but my friend Justin in Niagara Falls bought a car from this location and absolutely loves it. I went in there with him and helped him pick it out. It's a little place that will save you a lot of money if you want a used car. Remember, as with everything, if you can pay outright, you'll save a lot of money.

I had sent two people there, they got a car from them and when it came to cash rewards they told me a bunch of Bullshit and was not rewarded for getting them 2 new customers and sales. He asked for details about the truck & he said he'd give me $200 for the truck. He said it would be between 10:30-11am. I went to my mom's & waited for his call. I met him down the street , he came, removed the plates in 20 seconds, took the title, gave me my $200, yes I say MY $200 and I came back to my mom's. He was very quick, and it was a lot smoother of a transaction than I thought it would be. Ty guys !!
