My wife's driver's side window shattered on the freeway as she was heading home. A motorcycle passed between her and another car while in traffic and kicked up debris. My windshield got a crack that decided to crawl and split, the wife gave me marching orders to replace it. Called around to multiple shops some less and some significantly more, spoke to Frank and told him that I would call him back when I could confirm availability with the boss. After confirming with the boss, I called Frank back around 8:00pm expecting to get his VM, but he answered and scheduled the appointment for the very next day. He asked for a text with the address and we were good. The next day Frank shows up ready to get to work, noticed a older gentleman working with him and quickly identified that it was his old man(aka Supervisor). Frank was easy to talk to and did his job well. After some chit chatting I found out he has about 8+ years of experience and runs it as their family business. 45 mins later they were done, new windshield and seal on the daily driver. Wife's car's windshield got hit with a rock and contacted Frank. Made a house call (very convenient) and Frank repaired it there in the driveway. He did, however, warn us this would be a difficult one to repair and may not last. If it did not, however, he stated he'd credit the repair charge towards a new windshield. Also, while waiting on the main repair, he fixed some other small 'dings' for no additional charge. As luck would have it (the bad kind), not only did the windshield 'repair' start cracking (as Frank had alluded), but my truck took a hit to its windshield as well. Contacted Frank, gave him the sob story and, once again he made a house call. In one fell swoop he replaced the wife's cracking windshield with a new one (and, true to his word, credited us for the previous repair that did not stick) but also fixed the truck's windshield ding as well. After calling for about 4 other quotes I found the reviews for Auto Glass. They had the best prices and could do it right away in the parking lot at my work. Frank and Pete made our car new again! My husband works in PB and the track work they are doing is murdering his windshield. He cracked one side then another. The foam sealant on the inside is more noticeable and there were some glass pieces in the front seat, but we vacuumed the car and the glass is the cleanest we've ever seen it and doesn't leak. Great service and very nice guys! They came to my house the next day and replaced my rotting BMW windshield trim at a very reasonable rate.
