I had a horrible experience before with Safelite so I was a little worried, but I noticed Connect Auto Glass right across the street and decided to give them a try. Best decision I made. They made the whole process easy and handled everything with the insurance. No stress at all. The price was more than fair for the quality of work and service I got. Definitely great value. Before giving the details of my visit, I'd like to provide 1 paragraph of context first. In October of last year, I purchased a 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy. Four days later, I got a crack over the A-pillar of my windshield that spread and required a new windshield. Because the vehicle was so new, I could only replace the windshield at Hyundai. It took me 6 weeks, more than 40 phone calls and 3 in-person visits to 4 Hyundai dealers to get it replaced. The part WAS available, but Hyundai's service departments no longer answer their phones with people. It was a horrible, frustrating experience. So when I got a ship in the replacement windshield less than 7 months later, I was terrified of needing to go back to Hyundai. I immediately called a few glass shops about crack repairs. I didn't mention I had insurance, because I wanted to see who would be the fairest priced. Sam offered me both the best price, and the best response over the phone "I'll try to save your windshield." The chip was not in a great location (just over the dashboard) and the crack had already begun to spread, so it was a tough repair. When I arrived, Sam took time to explain the process to me, as well as any possible risks. He didn't obligate me to proceed, he gave me the option to do so with full disclosure. He mentioned that some people don't like this approach - they would prefer to just be told "everything will be OK." I understand that, but I will say that personally I MUCH prefer being given the accurate information and then having the opportunity to make my own decision with no pressure. Obviously, I proceeded with the repair despite the risks, since NOT doing the repair would have just guaranteed that I needed a replacement. When the repair was complete, it looked great. The crack was barely visible (an unexpected but happy outcome for me), and it has now held for over a week of driving. It is clear to me that Sam takes pride in performing great service, at a fair price, to fully informed customers. I don't know what more you could ever ask for!

After a brief consultation at the shop, I went with their 3M Ceramic IR film - 15% for all sides, rear windows & sunroof and 35% front windshield. At first, I wanted to black out my front windshield. However, I occasionally have to place a handicap placard on my rear view mirror when transporting certain family members. Danny strongly recommended that I go with a light enough film to be still able to see the placard when displayed, obviously for legal reasons. Thanks Danny for the recommendation! Danny initially mentioned that it would take about 4 hrs but they got me out very quickly in just a couple. Lastly, at the completion, he made sure to let me know about little details like to not open my windows for the next 2 days to let the film settle and also that I may notice some streaking/air bubble-like appearances on the films which will ultimately disappear. We had been quoted anywhere between $5,000-$15,000 to replace our sliding patio doors with French…read moredoors. Our garage is detached, so we could not lock our old patio doors, meaning if we wanted to use our garage, we either had to leave the house unlocked or walk around the block to our front door. We were told by all the other contractors that our doorway was a weird size, and that they were unable to install the doors without cutting into our drywall and stucco and removing our patio stairs. We were also told this would be a project that took multiple days. I posted our other quotes to Yelp to see if other contractors could beat it, and Sivan responded. Oded from Sivan came in and confirmed what I suspected: That what we were told by other contractors was wrong, and that they could easily replace our sliding patio doors with French doors with a lock, and that it could be done via retrofitting and would only take a matter of hours. Everyone at Sivan was easy to work with. My husband and I frequently have meetings during the day, so it's hard to have a call about house stuff. Everyone at Sivan was able to communicate via e-mail and text so we could handle things while in meetings, and they were super responsive even though we sometimes took months to respond because we had a baby since we originally reached out to them. We were able to get our doors done for $4,298.80, which was the best quote we had from any contractor and included labor, materials, and a warranty. In sum, we highly recommend Sivan if you are looking to replace your doors!

My wife's driver's side window shattered on the freeway as she was heading home. A motorcycle passed between her and another car while in traffic and kicked up debris. She called roughly 10 places for quotes and found one slightly cheaper, but Auto Glass Solution matched it. They will not be beat and they guarantee the lowest price! At first I was thinking this must be one of those "you get what you pay for", but it wasn't like that at all. Frank came out to replace our glass. He was very friendly and very professional. I was very surprised on how fast he was able to remove the door panel and replace the glass. You can really tell he's very experienced in this profession. After Frank left we noticed that the window wasn't going all the way up to make a good seal by the side mirror. We gave Frank a call again, and he was back within the hour. We felt bad calling him to come back, but he was happy that we did and wanted us to be satisfied customers. He opened up the door panel again and re-aligned the window. It now fits and seals perfectly like the original. We are very pleased, and will definitely use their service again in the future. My windshield got a crack that decided to crawl and split, the wife gave me marching orders to replace it. Called around to multiple shops some less and some significantly more, spoke to Frank and told him that I would call him back when I could confirm availability with the boss. After confirming with the boss, I called Frank back around 8:00pm expecting to get his VM, but he answered and scheduled the appointment for the very next day. He asked for a text with the address and we were good. The next day Frank shows up ready to get to work, noticed a older gentleman working with him and quickly identified that it was his old man(aka Supervisor). Frank was easy to talk to and did his job well. After some chit chatting I found out he has about 8+ years of experience and runs it as their family business. 45 mins later they were done, new windshield and seal on the daily driver. Wife's car's windshield got hit with a rock and contacted Frank. Made a house call (very convenient) and Frank repaired it there in the driveway. He did, however, warn us this would be a difficult one to repair and may not last. If it did not, however, he stated he'd credit the repair charge towards a new windshield. Also, while waiting on the main repair, he fixed some other small 'dings' for no additional charge. As luck would have it (the bad kind), not only did the windshield 'repair' start cracking (as Frank had alluded), but my truck took a hit to its windshield as well. Contacted Frank, gave him the sob story and, once again he made a house call. In one fell swoop he replaced the wife's cracking windshield with a new one (and, true to his word, credited us for the previous repair that did not stick) but also fixed the truck's windshield ding as well. After calling for about 4 other quotes I found the reviews for Auto Glass. They had the best prices and could do it right away in the parking lot at my work. I'm glad I went with them because they were professional, on time, efficient and affordable. I couldn't believe some of the quotes I was getting. I contacted Frank yesterday, and he gave me a quote that I couldn't resist. We then set the appointment time for the next day. Frank and his assistant were ready and available at the scheduled time. The work was done fast (a little over 30 mins) and efficient (they didn't lag or sit around while the other was working). Overall, Frank did a great job. Frank and Pete made our car new again! My husband works in PB and the track work they are doing is murdering his windshield. He cracked one side then another. I called Auto Glass Solution and Frank was able to come out the next day to my house. Within 6 minutes the old windshield was off and 27minutes start to finish I had a new windshield and it was perfect! Looks just like when the car was new. Frank and another guy got to my house soon after I called. They were friendly and fast replacing my windshield, with too many cracks to fix, in an hour. The foam sealant on the inside is more noticeable and there were some glass pieces in the front seat, but we vacuumed the car and the glass is the cleanest we've ever seen it and doesn't leak. Do not call this place to get your windshield replaced. These people will ripped you off (Frank). He replaced my windshield and left without giving me a receipt and went on vacation. When I brought him over to mine, he told me that he didn't have the correct windshield with him. What on earth? When we walked over to his truck, he said, oh, I was wrong, I do have the right one. I probably should have just canceled the service at that point, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. When he called to say he was finished, I came out and the paint around my windshield was all chipped. Some of it was a black primer that someone had put beside the windshield but the car paint was chipped as well. Sam tried to tell me that it was like that before and I just hadn't noticed. We had looked at my windshield right before he started and it was fine. Plus it wasn't just a little chipped - it was VERY noticeable. On top of that, the new windshield was cracked. Sam tried to say it cracked because it was too hot out. Which made absolutely no sense, never mind the fact that it wasn't even hot out. So not only was I left with another cracked windshield, but I now had chipped paint that needed to be fixed. There was no offer to repair it. So much for saving money by hiring them. I was very unhappy with their service and even more unhappy that Sam lied to my face. I'd give zero stars if I could.

I had a horrible experience before with Safelite so I was a little worried, but I noticed Connect Auto Glass right across the street and decided to give them a try. Best decision I made. They made the whole process easy and handled everything with the insurance. No stress at all. The price was more than fair for the quality of work and service I got. Definitely great value. Everyone there was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They treated me with respect and made me feel comfortable. The work was done fast and it looks perfect. Before giving the details of my visit, I'd like to provide 1 paragraph of context first. In October of last year, I purchased a 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy. Four days later, I got a crack over the A-pillar of my windshield that spread and required a new windshield. Because the vehicle was so new, I could only replace the windshield at Hyundai. It took me 6 weeks, more than 40 phone calls and 3 in-person visits to 4 Hyundai dealers to get it replaced. The part WAS available, but Hyundai's service departments no longer answer their phones with people. It was a horrible, frustrating experience. So when I got a ship in the replacement windshield less than 7 months later, I was terrified of needing to go back to Hyundai. I immediately called a few glass shops about crack repairs. I didn't mention I had insurance, because I wanted to see who would be the fairest priced. Sam offered me both the best price, and the best response over the phone "I'll try to save your windshield." The chip was not in a great location (just over the dashboard) and the crack had already begun to spread, so it was a tough repair. When I arrived, Sam took time to explain the process to me, as well as any possible risks. He didn't obligate me to proceed, he gave me the option to do so with full disclosure. He mentioned that some people don't like this approach - they would prefer to just be told "everything will be OK." I understand that, but I will say that personally I MUCH prefer being given the accurate information and then having the opportunity to make my own decision with no pressure. Obviously, I proceeded with the repair despite the risks, since NOT doing the repair would have just guaranteed that I needed a replacement. When the repair was complete, it looked great. The crack was barely visible (an unexpected but happy outcome for me), and it has now held for over a week of driving. It is clear to me that Sam takes pride in performing great service, at a fair price, to fully informed customers. I don't know what more you could ever ask for!

The best part was I was able to drop it off at lunch and pick it up after work. The service was top notch, he even went through and explained to me why he went the extra mile and added a small weather strip to the top of the windshield to protect the paint from rock chips and touched up a small amount of rust that was forming by sanding and putting some primer down. Would absolutely come back if I needed to, will absolutely be recommending this business to my friends and family.
