Safelite called immediately, made an appt, and got to my house on time. I have a Macan which meant replacing the windshield and calibrating the camera. They were professional and very sweet. I will tell you that, later in the evening, the rear view mirror fell down. I called and they had someone at my house first thing in the morning. There was a screw that was a bit loose. He fixed it, explained it and showed it to me. It took all of about 8 minutes. They were friendly, professional, and fast. I would highly recommend.

First, they didn't seal correctly and the 3 times after had water leaks. Lastly, they installed new windshield with a scratch on it and returned my car with broken moldings. Had to go back to put new moldings on they broke the windshield put a new one and never put my stickers back on. So now I have to come out of pocket $200 to replace sticker to get into my condo. This place has been an absolute headache. Managers have no clue what's going on return cars with no inspections of the workman ship and make promises that they can't keep. I honestly have never had so much resentment but I DO NOT recommend letting this place touch your car. I honestly wish I just left the crack in my windshield and avoided all of this...

Deciding to utilize the "quote" feature I sent a few request out to some of the better rated places in my area. Later that day I checked- got a few "call the shop" replies. 2 actually gave me quotes and their availability to do the work. I did some more research and saw that World Class Tint had the option of coming to you, which with 2 cars to do really helps.. Billy was quick to answer a few questions I had, and even agreed to do another vehicle that just needed the front windows done to match the factory tint. He agreed to come to our home a few days later to do the work. On the day of the appointment I received a text from Billy that he was on his way about 20 minutes before our appointment. He arrived on time, almost to the minute. We spent a few minutes discussing level of tint for the different cars- his suggestions mirrored what I was already thinking I wanted- so he went to work. He worked diligently and with precision.. it took him just shy of 4 hours to complete the 3 cars... but some of that time was us moving the cars around to place the one being worked on in the garage. After completing each of the cars he took time to wipe them down to avoid spots on the paint from the water and taped the window controls on the cars to remind us to not touch. We are beyond happy about how the work turned out- plus the option on having a mobile service come to you makes anything better. I will be happy to recommend Billy's services to anyone.
