No fault of AGS, Steve and Steph did not hesitate to schedule me to replace the windshield with the correct glass even before the insurance company approval. The insurance company pushed back on paying them, so I got involved with the insurance company to make sure they were made hole. What a professional company to deal with. Took my…read moretruck to replace the moonroof, they completely destroyed the headliner so I had to pay to replace that also. My truck was there for over 3 weeks, when Stephanie called her statement was 'you need to come pick up your truck as we have no space to store it'..... as if I was the reason they had it so long. After picking it up I to take it back to them twice due to my roof lights not working, sunroof not closing and then for leaks. They take no responsibility and deflected stating the issue was due to the seal even though there was no leak prior to me taking it there and they had to remove the seal to remove the headliner. Terrible experience, angry attitude and lack of communication skills from both Stephanie and the short guy. They will quickly take your money but if there's an issue after the work is completed all you will get is attitude and they take no responsibility with a mouth full of excuses.
