We found a hotel and I asked a few people where I could get my tire fixed and everyone quickly said Belle Tire. I stopped by in the morning and though they were very busy they got my vehicle in and made the repair. I had a bit of a wait before they squeezed me in, but I was happy to get it taken care of without an appointment. The staff was very friendly and professional. When they were done they told me it was no charge and have a nice trip! I was shocked, but very happy to be back on my merry way. They made an unpleasant circumstance not quite so bad after all. Roberta claimed that it would smooth out over time but it never happened - to this day my seats look baggy. Not only that but the side panel on the driver's seat was not reinstalled properly. I went to a local auto body shop to have this issue fixed and according to them all of the interior screws are missing and an interior connector piece is broken which is causing the panel to disconnect from the seat each time I get out of the truck. I notified the RLC of this problem and got not response. It's going to cost me $399 to fix it. My experience here was less than ideal. They also overcharge significantly for their services - I highly recommend getting quotes from other shops before doing business with these guys.

I replied back on the text for a different time that fit my schedule and received no response. Showed up they did a good job with the glass, but my car was dirty from them standing on the side boards and the floor mats. Quick lube stores treat your car better than this place did. Dust and dirt across my dash and foot prints in the car. Attendant was eating wings while answering the phone and talking to customers.
