What I was quoted as a two-week car repair turned into almost two MONTHS (multiple delays, repeated broken promises), with the original quote for costs almost doubled by the end. And when I finally got my car back, the work wasn't even completely done, which to be fair, has a valid reason (paint needs time to cure before applying decals, etc.), but they didn't communicate that with me in the beginning. I went through a lot of stress as a consumer putting my trust in a business, and was dumbfounded that a legit business could show such lack of professionalism and care. Savi seems like a nice guy and is a smooth talker that appears to be knowledgeable enough about the business. And in the beginning, the communication was good... till deposits had been made and the car was in their possession. That's when the communication got bad, response time especially got slow when I inquired about the status of my car after the initial proposed "ready date" had expired (this was NOT during the holidays, it was during business days). When I finally heard back, they raised the cost and extended the "ready date" significantly without giving me a chance to prepare (rental car, transportation to work, etc.). They got quiet again, when I asked for the detail about the work that had been done in the first 3 weeks. Savi opted to have a phone conversation to explain, probably cuz it sounds better than putting in writing that not much work was done on my car during that time, mainly just getting or waiting for quotes on additional car parts (the workers he had left in charge while he was out of town may not have been capable of doing certain tasks... but why should the customer suffer because of this). When your car is at the repair shop, every day without your vehicle is precious, and can be costly if your insurance doesn't cover rental car fees. ACE didn't seem to respect that. And to make matters worse, the communication was repeatedly delayed as well, making it hard to plan things (car rental, transportation to work, etc.) without being given an update in a timely manner, which is all I really needed... in hindsight, it probably wouldn't have mattered cuz the "ready date" they would give me was never accurate anyway. I understand there are some things that are out of their control (such as the holidays, or needing to order extra parts, or even delays in shipping parts)... but even considering those things and giving them the benefit of the doubt, THEY WORKED UNIMAGINABLY SLOOOOW with no sense of urgency for the customer. The good news is, they do seem to be capable of doing quality work, I have not found any big problems with my car so far (hence why I'm still giving them 2 stars). But the overall experience still gives me nightmares today. Even factoring in extended wait times during the holidays, the estimated quotes for costs and time were EXTREMELY off, borderline deceptive. And the lack of communication was even worse, and brought so much anxiety. The communication got slightly better toward the end, but I had to initiate the inquiries to push it along. And the "ready date" was extended yet again by three more days (after I was reassured with such confidence in late December of no more delays). Be warned of my experience, and decide for yourself if you want to take your chances and hope to be one of the lucky ones they don't screw over or neglect the needs of. Even if it doesn't cost you money (cuz you're working through insurance), it may cost you your sanity! Thanks Savi, for at least fixing my car... even if the process was long and painful for me. I'll be getting the remaining work done elsewhere.

Savi is horrible.. Just kidding. Long story short, my car had some body issues and Savi gave me advise and fixed my black beauty.

Tesla reimbursed about $50 less than the estimate and Savi promptly refunded the difference, same as he said.

I got sadly hit by a drunk…read moredriver, and thanks to Henry and the team, I was back on the road in just 4 days and better than ever! They are so fast! Text updates telling me how it's going. Trust that you'll be in good hands here Thanks for taking great care of my Jeep!

I had a disappointing experience during my visit this past Tuesday, July 21st, and want to share it…read morefor anyone navigating a similar situation. Some context: I was recently hit by another driver and was determined to be 0% at fault. My insurance directed me to this location for a damage estimate on my older vehicle, which has some pre-existing paint delamination. I arrived at 11:25 for an 11:30 appointment. Both inspectors were unavailable, which I understood. I was fine to sit down and wait. Around 11:35/11:40 a walk-in customer arrived after me, and while the front desk acknowledged I was ahead of him, he was served first when the inspector returned from lunch. If appointments exist to guarantee order of service, mine didn't seem to matter. When my inspection did begin, I was told I would need to sign paperwork authorizing them to proceed. That I'd need to sign over my car before ever seeing a written estimate or knowing what the insurance would cover. (This is not what my insurance told me - I was informed by insurance that I could go for the 20-30 minute inspection, get the quote, then make a decision on a different day if I chose). When I asked whether I could pull out of the process with them after signing if I wasn't satisfied with the estimate or repair plan, I was told by the inspector that doing so could likely negatively affect my insurance. Signing blind and being told there are consequences for changing your mind after the fact felt like an unreasonable ask, regardless of how standard that process might be. A clearer upfront explanation would go a long way. The inspection then had to be restarted entirely with an Allstate representative, who wasn't available to see me until after noon. Between my 11:30 appointment, being passed over in line, the first inspection, and then waiting again for the Allstate rep, there was little progress made until well after my initial appointment time had passed. Throughout the second walkthrough, I felt spoken to in a condescending manner. I'm not a collision repair expert, but I am a competent adult asking reasonable questions about my own vehicle. The energy I received when asking how my replacement door would be color-matched to the rest of my car suggested my questions weren't being taken seriously. There was also an offhand comment made when the Allstate rep got into my car and heard a foreign-language radio station, directed at me. It was framed as a joke but landed as odd and unnecessary. I ultimately chose not to proceed. When the inspector had to remove the marker used during the first walkthrough, he made a point of noting aloud how difficult it was due to my paint condition. I can't speak to the quality of their actual repair work. Perhaps it was an off day. But between the wait times, the paperwork process, the condescending communication style, and a few unnecessary comments, I left with a bad enough impression that I won't be returning and I wanted to share my experience with others.
