My 2008 Honda Civic got hit and run by somebody during the weekend of April 10th. My back bumper was left with three cut-through damages and metal part behind was damaged too. My truck, a 2004 Dodge RAM, needed a complete auto body service which included body work for some minor dents, and a complete re-paint since the factory paint was flaking off on the hood and roof areas. I got into an accident and only had liability insurance so I had to pay out-of-pocket to repair my Accord. I got quotes from shops nearby my workplace and told each of them that I would be paying out of pocket. Savi at Auto Collision Experts impressed me the most because he took my situation into consideration and tried to help me save money without sacrificing qualtiy. When the damage to my car's internal frame was more severe than anyone had anticipated, he called me right away and even gave me a discount on the additional parts and labor cost so I can afford it more easily. Mr Savi Singh and his team did an outstanding job repairing damage to the passenger side fender and bumper on my 2013 GTI. I highly recommend his shop for any bodywork repairs. Savi also offered to hold my car over the holiday period at no additional charge which was also commendable and very much appreciated. My car was struck by a trailer in a hit-and-run incident in December 2014. Once I got home and surveyed the damage, I knew it would be expensive to put right. My insurance excess was high ($1000), so I decided to get it repaired with my own money. Mr Singh was recommended to me by a colleague, so I visited his shop first. When I turned up at his shop, Savi did the estimate himself. He checked out the damage carefully, and wasn't pushy for the business. I asked him to explain how him and his team would repair the vehicle, and he gave me a very detailed explanation of the process. At that point, I had a shop around to get an idea of what the competition could offer. The other places I visited had junior people look at my car, they weren't able to field technical questions. They all insisted that the damaged panel would need to be replaced (paint+labor for the fender replacement was $1000 by itself). Nobody offered to repair the damaged panel. So I returned to Savi's shop and he kindly answered some additional questions I had about the repair. He said he wasn't surprised that the other shops would propose replacing the fender panel, because replacing it was an easier job: no need to repair, just replace, paint, and blend the surrounding panels. When I asked him what the finished result would look like, he walked to the other side of my car (driver's side fender) and pointed at it "like that". :) That swung it for me. In retrospect, Savi's proposal to repair the fender and blend within it was absolutely the better choice, and he and his team have done a masterful job of it. The site of the damage has been returned to showroom condition. In summary, I was very happy with the workmanship, customer service and totalprice of Auto Collision Experts on East Arques. I hope I never need work done to my car again, but if I do, I will certainly be back there. read more
