Buckle up because this is going to be a long *Positive* review of Auto Buying Assistant, I hope this answers a lot of questions most folks will have about using this car broker. I've been doing business with Richie for about 15 years, he has assisted me in numerous purchases of new and used vehicles for personal and business use. My first experience with Richie was purchasing a used vehicle and trading an older car. I thought I had negotiated a fair deal until Richie got involved with it and he saved me thousands of dollars by getting me more for my trade and taking more off the purchase price. Business wise, he was able to find specialized vans for my work that were nearly impossible to get. Not only that, but he also took care of having the vans outfitted with interior shelving and the lettering that we required on the exterior. I utilized Richie with Auto Buying Assistant at a time when my current vehicle was no longer safe to drive and I also had to fly out of state to be with a family member who just had surgery. I did not want to deal with car shopping stress, sales associates, going back and forth, haggling, etc. Utilizing Richie and his services was worth every penny because I dealt with none of that. I filled out his easy form with what kinds of vehicles I wanted to test drive and he did the rest, even while I was out of the state. Richie started shopping for quotes and e-mailed me info from various dealerships. He was understanding that I had family to tend to and told me to respond when it was a convenient time. I narrowed my choices down to 3 vehicles at 2 different dealerships. When I returned home, we scheduled times to meet. The cars were out front and warm, it was on the middle of winter so this was really nice. I didn't need to wait for the car to be "dug out", it was warm nor did I deal with one sales associate! I showed up, he went in got the keys and handed them to me. We returned, I gave him the keys to take inside, we left to go to the next dealership. YES as easy as that. I needed time to decide between 2 of the 3 and Richie told me to take the time I needed. When I decided on my 2017 Toyota 4 Runner, that's when he went back and forth with sales and the GM. I got the vehicle I really wanted for far less than their initial quote plus extras that made me choose them over another vehicle at a different dealership. I got my loan together and Richie arranged all the paperwork and even delivered the vehicle with the sales associate to my work and took my trade with them. BTW no upselling was done during paperwork time! Car buying and haggling is a stressful process and I had none!! Again, Richie was worth EVERY penny. I can assure you, he IS!
