Don't know everybody's financial situation or credit score but, 0 issues for me. I bought my car a month ago and 0 issues and runs great! I walked in and had to show the lady at the front desk my insurance card. I then met the car sales man and showed me the car fax report. I looked at all that before going there. Then he showed me the car. I declined to go over the car because I already know this vehicle from being in my family by someone else. They let me test drive it for 30 minutes. I then sat there and waited for financing guy. You have to fill out a link of questions they give you. Their financing rate was lower than my banks and I made my first payment last week. Smooth on all the paper work, and everything you agreed on with price and stuff is provided in paperwork to you. I declined the $3500 warranty and I declined the paint protection. You can hire a car detailer for less money to buff, wax/polish. I did go get standard service appointment done after I purchased the next day.

Thanks for nothing!!!!

Well these guys have really been bad ........ Got the Audi A4 back and its junk folks ... Tried to trade it in and they want more money ... The dealer manager Austin Martin assured me they would "make everything right " but that hasn't happened so now i am stuck with a car payment for a car that doesn't run ... Wish i had a better review but it seems this place really is bad for service and overall customer care

When I got to the dealership I met with Tyler (who was great and helpful the whole time) and he set me up for a test ride.

She identified her company as Marine Transport DHS with an address of 1913 Belmead Avenue in Columbus, OH. She offered to move my boat from Rhode Island to California. The price was $8200. She asked that I provide a $4100 deposit. I did. After weeks and weeks of not picking up the boat, I finally found another shipper. I asked her to return my deposit. On two separate occasions she said that she was sending (or had sent) the funds. But the funds never arrived. She is no longer taking my calls or responding to my emails. I also found two recent reviews on the better business bureau site that suggest she has recently done the same thing to two other customers. Here is the link to those reviews: https://www.bbb.org/centralohio/business-reviews/boat-transporting/marine-transport-in-columbus-oh-70086421/reviews-and-complaints?section=reviews I provide this information so that others can hopefully be spared the terrible and costly experience I had.

What a sad, pathetic company…read more I purchased a boat in CA and was looking to have it shipped cross-country to DC. I was referred by the marina to Marine Transport to assist shipping. A woman by the name of Debbie Donaldson was my point of contact. Debbie asked that I pay the $3,000 fee in advance - which, unwisely, I did. Debbie said the move would be complete in two weeks. I called during the initial two weeks, and Debbie advised the move was in progress. By the third week, the boat had yet to arrive. I called Debbie each day, only to hear lies (e.g. flat tire on the trailer). She was unprofessional an impolite for a customer service rep. After five weeks and no boat, I found another company to arrange the move. Debbie stopped answering my calls. She did not respond to my voicemails regarding legal action. I lost $3,000. Debbie Donaldson is a liar and thief. She is as dishonest as they come. Avoid her, and Marine Transport like the plague. Take your business elsewhere. Sad!

TLDR: these guys are bullies. they suck and i hate them.

I showed up from Louisville to check out a Jeep, and granted it was an old TJ I just never felt like anyone really cared that I was even there. My salesman, who I'll pass on naming, had like 2 other deals going on at the same time. Which yeah man, good for you, but when there's literally 5 other sales people just sitting around it's frustrating having to wait for you to finish. Anyway... they lowballed me on my trade in. They said work had been done on the Jeep, which another shop deemed "cheap and lazy". So, there's that. There's more, but I won't bore you. Moral of the story: I'm not here to tell you how to spend your money but if you are buying a used car from these guys I would strongly recomend getting a pre-purchase inspection done from a third-party mechanic.

BUYER BEWARE! My husband purchased a 2023 GMC Sierra 1500…read morefrom Performance Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Georgesville on July 5, 2025. It had 23,485 miles on it. Less than two weeks later, the "Service Brake Pad Monitor" light came on. Knowing what I know now, they probably sold it to him having only reset the warning light, not actually fixing the problem. Less than one month later, my husband passed away. While dealing with grieving kids and planning his funeral, I had to figure out why this sensor light was on--preferably before the first payment as I wanted to sell it before having to make payments and before it got repossessed. I contacted Alex (name changed so they don't sue me) with "service" and was told I needed to go to a GMC dealer because the truck was under warrantee and therefore, it was the dealer's problem, not theirs. So, I took it to a GMC dealer and $125.00 later was told the brakes were down to 2mm, the rotors were rusted and grooved and the truck was not safe to drive. My son had driven the truck more than once moving stuff to his apartment. So, he was driving a truck with a heavy load and unsafe brakes on the highway. Thank God I didn't have to plan two funerals. I called Alex with the information about the brakes and rotors, and he said they can't use information from a third party. They'd have to see it themselves. I was also told that they replaced the rotors and two tires. Per my request, he sent me what he called a service report. Not appreciating the run around I was getting and because I lacked the time and energy to deal with what is clearly an unethical business, I took the truck to my local mechanic for a second opinion. They confirmed what the GMC dealer said. I had them make the repairs as I would never sell this truck to someone knowing that it was unsafe. When I picked it up I was told the rotors were factory parts and had never been changed. In fact, the mechanic had to torch off the bolts/screws because they were rusted on. Additionally, the tires were not new and there was no information on CarFax regarding maintenance on the truck. It cost me $1500.00 (plus the $125 diagnosis from GMC) to repair a truck that my husband owned for less than a month and put fewer than 300 miles on. The money pales in comparison to the time and energy I had to put into rectifying what should have been a non-issue if the people at Performance Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Georgesville had any ethics whatsoever. In my final conversation with Alex, he had the nerve to tell me they gave my husband "a great deal on that truck". Seriously? If you are considering purchasing a vehicle from Performance.....Georgesville, please do your homework. Take it to a neutral third party for an inspection. It will be money well spent. Or better yet, go to a reputable, trustworthy place to start with. Gave them one star only because zero wasn't an option.
