I normally don't write reviews, but my experiences here have been just awful. I bought a 2013 Chevy Impala here back in June. Since I bought it I have put a total of 3000 miles on it. When I bought the car it had a swooshing sound coming from the front right wheel that I told them needed repaired. They agreed and said they would replace the front rotors and pads, which they did. During the drive home, the swooshing sound was still present but I figured I would just have it fixed myself. A few days later i was driving on the highway and the front right wheel completely locked up at 50 mph. I had it towed in and was told whoever changed the brakes and rotors did not tighten the bolts on the callipers and a bolt came loose causing the wheel to lock up. This left the rim tore up. I was just going to have it fixed and forget about it but more and more things keep happening, all related to the front right wheel. Since this incident I have replaced the wheel bearing/hub and the CV joint. After all this I still have the swooshing sound in the front right wheel. Took it to a GM mechanic who told me the problem is actually with the transmission. he said the transmission is bad and the sound is radiating through the right front wheel. He said there is no way to fix this without replacing the transmission. It seems like the cars they sell are not serviced or looked at by a good mechanic before selling them. I will definitely not be doing any business here again. read more

Test drove a car, spoke to my credit union and was approved through my credit union, was then told by the finance people at auto boutique that they only accept "their" lenders! My credit union had me approved for no money down and a low interest rate this auto boutique wanted $3500 down and the a high interest rate. They clearly are predatory lenders and get a kick back otherwise why was my banks money not good enough? Don't go here if you have good credit, try will just try to run your credit score down! read more

After making two trips here and leaving empty handed I am disappointed in the time my wife and I spent trying to do business. First trip the salesmen were busy and nobody wanted to negotiate. Serious buyers with a large deposit ready plus already secured our own financing and we still waited over an hr past our appointment time to purchase before we walked out on our second visit. The message service that tells you what position you are in line kept updating erratically also. One text said "You are next in line with an estimated wait of 2 minutes" then the following one said "There is one person ahead of you and wait time estimate of 27 minutes". We did see several people come and go but after the initial greeting, we were not helped. If you value your time I'd go elsewhere. read more

I had been looking around for the right car for a while and I saw a listing on Facebook marketplace for a car from here. For the mileage, the price was amazing. Almost too good to be true, I messaged them and they got back to me immediately and set me up with an appointment. When I got to the dealership I met with Tyler (who was great and helpful the whole time) and he set me up for a test ride. I came back to purchase the vehicle and they let me test drive it again and even recommended me a good garage to take it to for an inspection before I purchased. They were very abrasive/apprehensive when we notified them that we had already talked to our own bank and had a loan ready. I feel like a got a descent deal but I did leave with an empty tank and with the maintenance screen popping up for what the salesman told me was probably just because when they changed the oil it wasn't reset. That wasn't taken care of because my salesman left before I completed my paperwork. However--it was all rectified by Tyler who in my opinion is worth his weight in gold to that business. My boyfriend bought a car there about a month ago. We thought it was an alright deal because they sold us some insurance for the car that was an extra $160 but said it would cover the entire car, he said they would fix dents scratches and anything with the inside. We called about a week after we got the car and the company said that they would not do ANY of those things and that the car dealer ripped us off. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!! Recently purchased a 2016 Jeep GC from AB. The service was excellent. Their cars are sold 'as is' and they are absolutely up front about the condition of the car, providing a full Carfax report. Upon request, the salesman put gas in the car and ran it through the carwash before I took it for a test drive. They let me keep the car for almost a full day while I test drove it and had it inspected by a mechanic. The interior was very clean and mechanically was in great condition. Although the price was non-negotiable, it was already over three thousand dollars less than I could find for similar vehicles at other dealers. I paid cash so I cannot comment on their finance department. So far the car has run great and I am very pleased. I would not hesitate to shop AB again. read more

Trying to get them to help with anything they promised, even on paper, is like trying to get water from a stone. Alex the owner lies about everything if you make a complaint with an agency such as the BBB, and will call you a liar until you show him hard proof otherwise. I was told that the SUV I was interested in was in for service (although it was on their lot when it was supposedly at a service dealer). I was willing to look past that and was eventually told it was available for me to test drive. I scheduled a test drive for the following afternoon and was told to call before I arrive to make certain it hadn't been sold (fair enough). I called the dealership twenty-five minutes before I was scheduled to arrive and was told the SUV was there and that they would hold it for me. I arrived at the scheduled time and was told it had been sold the day before. I was asked if I wanted to look at something else. I understand selling the vehicle when you had the opportunity. What I cannot accept is assuring me that the SUV was available knowing it had been sold. So, do I want to look at another vehicle? Sure...but not at your sketchy dealership. read more

Went to Auto Boutique, we were referred to them, not a good experience found a car we loved the car was not the problem the Management was. We wanted to fiancé the minimum of $5000 and pay CAS for the rest on a car that was $19500.00 they would not come down a penny and they would not fiancé us because of a previous bankruptcy 5 years ago. But we have bought a car since the bankruptcy. Then denied another application with no credit but their website clearly says in black and white all credit approved bankruptcy, repos ect. Then we offered cash for asking price out the door and they still said no. Very shady who does that? False advertising. Last I heard cash was good. Do not recommend this place. read more

Photo's showed an AWD 2019 Rav4 in great condition. Actual car was a clapped out FWD rental car as evident by the "no smoking" stickers still stuck on the console. Those weren't on the photo'ed car, either. VIN number on ad and the car seen matched. Wasted half a day, beware. read more

we found a vehicle online from this dealer that we were very interested in. i emailed them to verify that it was still available, which it was. they were getting ready to close so the lady (shelbie azbill) told me to fill out the financial application that night and they would run it in the morning and get back with us. i never heard anything back from them the next day. so i called and left a message with the finance dept. i still heard nothing back. later that evening around the time they would be closing my husband and i got notifications that our credit had been ran and we had 11 hard inquiries on our credit now. since it was too late to call that evening my husband called as soon as they opened the next morning. they then told us that they had left a message on my cell phone (complete lie because i was constantly checking my messages and my email as i had emailed shelbie the previous day as well) and that they had sold the car. so, not only did they not hold the car as was told to us they would do, they ran our credit after they sold the car we wanted!!! this place is a joke and i will never do business with them. this car was going to be my son's 16th birthday present because he had done so well in school. he was so excited, and now they have ruined that. shame on you people!!! read more

I have been looking for a vehicle and I saw Auto Boutique had a 2017 Nissan Altima that I was interested in. By the time I got there it had already been sold, so I looked around and found a 2016 Acura ILX that I fell in love with, test drove it and I was sold. Frank Ford the finance manager helped me get a great deal with a lower interest rate than my last car I purchased 3 years ago at Hugh whit Honda. I even added a Warranty on my vehicle for the extra piece of mind and I am still paying a lower monthly payment than my last car. Auto Boutique is a great place to find a vehicle at a better price than other places in the area. When I requested more information about it, all the ones I had picked were "unavailable". The gentleman that contacted me said he had another car he could offer me. From the pictures on the website, it was NOT what I was looking for. I waited a few days and inquired about a few other vehicles that came on the website. I found a Mercedes that I wanted to buy. Due to the pandemic I tried to arrange a salesperson to take car to my mechanic. I am an older lady so I didn't want to be running around exposed to outer elements. I told Paige that I would pay for diagnostic. She said that she would check and call me back. I never received a call back so my business must not be valued. I read reviews about this company before returning my first email response so I was aware that people had complained about their customer service. I can't imagine the company being terribly busy because our governor issued a stay home order for Ohio. I can see why the governor shut down most businesses because they fail to accommodate customer to help avoid them being infected. I was going to pay cash for the car so I am sure someone else will be sensitive to my concerns and also they will love to make cash payment in full for a car. read more

Terrible company. They are a bunch of liars. Terrible customer service, terrible communication. They are not transparent and they are not honest. The buying process was terrible. They made me drive back in forth many times because they continued to lie to me and would never remedy the situation. Every time there was a problem, they would lie to me to make me go away but would never follow through with anything. After buying the vehicle they never transferred the title to me. After over a month I called them to see where it was and they said they already transferred it and mailed it to me. Spoke with the title agency and found that they never did that. After calling them out on their lies again, they finally transferred it to my name and mailed it to me. Do not buy anything from this dealership. I called to inquire about a 2012 Audi Q5 for sale on 7/29/2020 at around 10:35am. I indicated that I was interested in the car. The guy who answered the phone was very dry and sounded as if he didn't even care to sale any car. I told him I was a cash buyer and asked if the price was negotiable. He quickly and dryly answered that the price was their bottom line and proceeded to talk about additional fees. I said wow that is how quickly you make decisions when someone is offering to pay cash. I mean at least make me feel like it is important for you to sale a car. He was again very dry and said what else can I help you with. Again he showed no interest in selling the car to me nor helping me find a car. I ended the call by saying thank you and have a great day and he simply hung up without saying a word. Again, this is a Auto Boutiques staff member simply hanging up on a potential customer. LOL this place seems like a joke and I am happy I will not be doing business there. I set up an appointment to come down to Columbus from Ann Arbor to look at a vehicle. I drove 3 hours, looked at the car, and called back one hour later to indicate that I was interested in buying the car but needed a trade-in appraisal for my other car, which was similar in age/value. The fellow that I dealt with sent me a question about the vehicle I owned by text on Monday evening, and never contacted me again. I tried calling him four times over the next four days, including calling the office (they did not reassign me to another representative but told me that Zach would call me the next day)....two days later after I tried to call Zach for the fourth time, I received a brief text from Zach saying that he'd call me back in 15 minutes, and never heard from him again. When I called the Auto Boutique office that evening to find out what was going on, I talked to another person who asked me what I needed, I told him that I was looking for an appraisal from Zach for the last 4 days, and the person told me that the appraiser was gone for the day. I said "you've told me what you can't do, what are you going to do?", and the fellow said that he was just trying to tell me that the appraiser was gone for the day....I said "is someone going to call me tomorrow about this?" and he said that I interrupted him....I hung up. This place is amazing. I got a 2017 Civic EX for about $2000 cheaper than Kelly Blue Book. Best value within 150 miles. They let me borrow the car for the day for a mechanic to look over it and once he told me that nothing was wrong except for the tires were cupped (completely safe, but made it a bit loud when highway driving). I told them about it and they paid for 2 tires and I paid for the other 2 with a great deal. Definitely get the car checked by a mechanic regardless of where you purchase. They had great customer service and they really do turn over 300 cars a month (it will take up most of your day, as they are very busy). When you arrive, come ready to buy. I test drove the civic and left to check out another dealership, and in the meantime someone else tried to purchase it. I would 100% go here first when looking for a new vehicle (you probably won't go anywhere else). Honestly, because of their prices I thought they were going to be a little sketchy, but not at all. I'll definitely buy from them again. If you live in the area don't try to call, just show up sometime that way you'll get the best service. read more

My father and I went to go look at a few cars since there were nice cars for low mileage. As soon as we walked in, we didn't get greeted (which wasn't a deal breaker) and we made eye contact with one of the salesmen in the office, but he did not try to help us or even greet us. He was the only person in there at the time, and I had to walk up to him (which he still ignored me) and literally ask him if he was busy. He didn't say anything for what felt like a long ass time, and then he sighed and got up. STILL, he has not said one word to us. He then proceeds to say "what do you want?" in an uninterested manner. I tell him we wanted him to show us a few cars, as not every car in the lot had a price tag. He literally walks back into his office and sits down and just types away on his computer. My father and I were super confused so we just sit on one of the couches in the lobby until ANOTHER salesman had to approach us because that rude man was not going to help us. Fast forward to after we test drive this nice Honda accord, and we are ready to start the process of buying the car when our salesman informs us that the car is actually on hold by another buyer and that one of the salesmen had forgotten to put a "hold" sticker on the car. Overall, they are very unprofessional and they don't have a clue on what good customer service is. 0/10 read more
