I was told that I would receive a response regarding the missing instructions and pieces, but never did. I would've returned the product to them, but kept it for two reasons. 1. I did not want to deal with the shipping process and end up paying money just to lose money returning it, and 2. Another company that sold similar bull bars (and for less) helped me out by sending me the missing pieces I needed. These people clearly do not care whether you do business with them, and they bank on you giving up contacting them for help after you spend hundreds of dollars on their products.

First visit today was to get my front license plate installed as my car came up from Florida where there are no front plates required. They must have had a dozen different types of screws and fasteners for this type issue. The team member behind the counter, Jair was an absolute gentleman and guided me to the right choice and then installed it on my car. It's not that I could not do it, Jair just made it much easier for me to get this done. I also had an opportunity to speak with the manager, Sanique. She too is a wonderful person. This is not a new building or auto parts store. The difference was that the shelves were stocked-overflowing with merchandise. Not a very big store but that is not a factor here. The shop was bright and clean with an extremely helpful staff behind the counter. Apparently they do a huge amount of business over the phone as they did not stop ringing. They have an excellent selection of just about everything. They have material from washing and detailing your car to batteries and other major parts. Many are in the stockrooms and behind the counter. I am always happy and impressed when I see a LOCAL store holding the same stock as a major department store and priced the same.
