This is a fabulous self-service car wash, the bug removal solution worked wonders on all the dead bugs on the front of my car.

Had it in for the annual detailing and clean. This would be the first time I took my vehicle to them. They scheduled my appointment a month in advanced and drop off was first thing in the morning per their availability. $299 (they charged 1 1/2 "extra time") and it wasn't done until closing time the same day. Picking up was quick, but the "detailing" wasn't very impressive. Many of my dash board screens and windows still had smudges and dirt, the shifter and center console had dirt and dust, and the wheels were not even cleaned. Was very disappointed with the interior "detailing." My car was pretty clean when I brought it in, and it looks like they just vacuumed a couple spots. Didn't get the hard to reach places or the dirt off the floor. I have dogs and keep my back seat covered but one left drool on the front seat. Not something hard to get out, so if they had actually shampooed the seats it would be gone, it was still there when they were done. They didn't even wipe down the plastic. My absolutely first time that I have ever posted a negative comment on a business. So it was bad, took my Subaru in for detailing and armor all. I paid 312.00 dollars, the outside looked like I took it to the Shell car wash and the interior was still dirty, and I mean dirty. So I go in and let the person at the desk know who says "well we can spend more time on it, but I thought that you wanted to leave town early". Mind you, I took a day off work, made plans to do errands in the area etc.. Was so looking forward to getting into a really clean car. Love my Subaru dealership in Marquette who apparently has a contract with this pit. Need to let them know where they are sending their loyal customers. Scathing I know, first time but I am mad!!! read more

The owner is rude and arrogant. They do crap work. The veichles are under a ten year warranty, but fight tooth and nail not to honor it after 4. Cost nearly $2000 brand newcar rusted after four years. read more

If you are buying a new vehicle: DO NOT BRING IT HERE! Their work is sloppy, careless, and overpriced. Undercoat was spattered all over the paint of my new vehicle, wax-stained trim, appear to have not even cleaned the interior. To call it a "detail" would be an insult as they effectively overlooked every detail. read more

Took my 2013 Ram 2500 in to have the undercoating done and the rust proofing service done. I'm very pleased with the service and timeliness. They had my truck done the next day. read more

My husband purchased 2 detailing packages. We made an appointment in August for 9am. We brought our vehicle there 1 day ahead of schedule and told the owner we were dropping it off prior to our appointment and would be back the next day around 2 pm. We arrived at 2pm the next day and the vehicle had not even been touched. The owner said it would be finished at 5pm. We were told that someone called in sick and they were short-staffed. Ok. We went out for lunch and a little shopping and returned at 5pm. The vehicle was not finished. We waited until 6:30pm and were told that if we wanted the outside of the vehicle washed we would have to come back since THEY WERE CLOSING!!! I told the owner that 1) it was not our fault that they were short-staffed, 2) we had been more than accommodating by waiting, 3) the vehicle isn't even done and 4) that it wasn't very good customer service to inconvenience us AND not complete the service we paid for. At that point, as long as the inside was done, which they assured us it was, we had spent enough time there. I got into my vehicle and went to place my purse on the passenger seat and the same coffee stains that I had brought the vehicle in with WERE STILL THERE! These are leather seats. Livid. I went back into the office and in a very measured tone asked the owner if he could come and look at something with me. I showed him the stains on the seat and he asked me if he would like him to get a rag and clean it up? I told him that wasn't the point. The point was that we had been more than patient and understanding. The job we paid for wasn't completed inside or outside. He asked again if I would like him to get a rag to clean it. He just kept repeating himself. I told him that it should have been cleaned already! So we are out almost $300.00 for 2 detailing packages that never happened. Auto Armor drilled holes in the car doors but did not spray rustproofing into the doors. The owner denied it was an oversight and claimed that I could not see the "clear " rustproofing application. As a former car factory rep with 20/20 vision I can not see any rust proofing spray where there should be coated. The Yelp app mandates a star, otherwise I would not rate any stars at all. read more
