It was a flat fee for all windows while most other shops offer all windows except the front shield and the front windshield always cost extra. ***WARNING*** DO NOT GET TINTS HERE BEFORE READING MY REVIEW & SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS Please do your research before making a mistake like I did. I really didn't want to write a negative review for a small business because I believe in supporting small businesses; However, there are certain principles that business owners should follow. I reached out to Auto Aesthetic for a quote to tint my car with ceramic and Ramon (owner) gave me quote of $400 to install "ceramic tint" all around including windshield. I thought that was great deal especially for ceramic tints since most shops were charging upwards $700+. So I bought my car in for window tinting on 01/13/24. (70% windshield, 35% Driver/ Passenger, 20% rear windows It took about 4hrs to complete which is about the normal time. Ramon, explained that bubbles and streaks are normal and should go away in a few days. There were bubbles all around the car which was expected and I anticipated that they would go away. (Here's the issue) Anytime there's sunlight hitting any window, front windshield, driver side, passenger side, and rear windows, it is really foggy/ hazy inside. (See window picture for reference) You get white haze inside that looks like if there was smoky haze out in the environment but there isn't. It's the tint themselves. This really affects daytime visibility. At nighttime, when car lights hit your window it's causes your window to look blurry, double vision & glare. (See nighttime photo & look at the taillights/ streetlights) Makes it incredibly hard to drive at night. I gave it about a week to allow things to cure and see if this issue will go away, however it did not. So I reached out to Ramon regarding this haziness issue. I brought the car back to him and showed him the haziness when a light hits any window. He used a flashlight to examine it and clearly you could see how the light creates a bigger circle in the window. He said for safety he could remove the tints off for me and I asked if I could have my refund. But he stated he couldn't since it costed him labor & material. The only thing he was able to honor was to remove the tints "for free" because that's labor within itself. Then he says it's because the new Acura windows have polarized glass already it caused this issue. I chose not to have them remove it and asked a reputable tint shop in the Bay Area for advice. They immediately inspected the tints and said it's not normal for tints to haze up like that. It's poor material and or defective and it has nothing to do with "Acura glass" or any manufacturer glass. You should go back, get it removed, and get your refund. Most shops will give back your refund if it looks like this. Instead, I had the reputable shop tint my car since I was already there. They kindly removed it for free and added new tints on. With absolutely no haze and they guarantee their work as like most shop. If you come to auto aesthetics for tints and if you have any kind of issue, you will not get your refund as they do not stand behind their work. They also only offer "limited warranty" on their tints whatever that means because everywhere else you get lifetime warranty. Sometimes eating up $400 for the labor/ material is something that you have to do in order to stand behind the quality of your business. Unfortunately, some businesses do not care about customer experience and satisfaction. read more

I was tentative to try this place because they only had 3 reviews, but Ramon (one of the owners) was quick to give me a quote on yelp at a very reasonable price so I gave them a shot. I got all 6 windows tinted, and Ramon helped me figure out what transparency percentage I was looking for. The job took a bit longer than I was expecting (2.5 hours on a hot day), but they threw in a free car wash which more than made up for it. The tint: Went on smooth but there were a couple spots with tiny air bubbles. He said they would go away after a day and that if it didn't, I could bring it back and get it fixed for free. I didn't believe him, but sure enough, the couple spots with tiny bubbles were gone the next day and had smoothed out as the trapped gas bubbles seemingly evaporated.
