I sent inquiries to PremierXpress and one other place, and Nick got back to me quickly with a bundled price that included both PPF and tint. I asked and got quick answers on what products they used (Stek Dynoshield and Llumar IRX) and we scheduled a day for the work. I ended up upgrading my package with additional coverage (windshield UV/IR film and PPF rocker coverage) - no upsell, I just inquired on the day of and decided it made more sense to do the additional work. They marked all the locations that had flaws and said they would do the touch ups before the PPF application, which I wasn't expecting and appreciated. Nick also saw some swirls on some of the areas where PPF wouldn't be applied and offered to do paint correction on the entire car, which was generous and again appreciated. It's busy here and while the initial work did take longer than originally estimated, things looked very good when I picked up the car. There were a few areas that needed to be addressed, but this is routine and there was a 2-3 week follow up already scheduled to address any areas that needed attention. PremierXpress really focuses on using as few seams as possible, so the work is quite time consuming and precise. Anything that shows up and you point out is taken care of with no push back - they really want you to be happy with the work and final outcome. That being said, as a customer, you have to be fair too. On a clear PPF film, not every square millimeter needs to be covered. There are a ton of bends, crevices, and areas where it would be incredibly unlikely for a rock to find that exact location. With clear film, any very tiny areas that may not be perfectly covered aren't really visible. So having fewer/no seams in areas that ARE visible in exchange for tiny areas in remote locations that aren't visible - it's a good tradeoff. So friendly service, fair pricing, being willing to go above and beyond doing things like paint correction on areas they didn't need to work on - all added to a great experience where the outcome is my car is protected, looks great, and the owner emphasizes that if anything comes up, just come in and he'll take care of it. Couldn't ask for more. They also have a nicely stocked drink refrigerator that's very nice too. Would definitely be happy to bring a future car here for tint or film - they do a great job and have such a customer and satisfaction focused attitude.

In the end, I decided to go with 5% all the way around because that was the look I wanted, and he was absolutely right. It is extremely dark, but exactly what I was looking for. The customer service was just as impressive as the quality of the work. Although my appointment was scheduled for 2:30 PM, Yosup accommodated my request to drop the truck off early in the morning so I could pick it up after work. He even finished the job ahead of schedule. If you're reading this you already know Golden State has great reviews and have been around for several years. So I sent an inquiry to their info account and Mark the owner responded promptly. Over several emails, Mark gave me a quote, answered all my questions and scheduled an appointment at their facility, all very promptly. I dropped off the car (with my usual separation anxiety), the appointment went smoothly and the new glass looked great. But, the installer pointed out a "bubble" in the rear-view mirror seal and said it may or may not self-correct in a few days, and I should let them know if not. Bottom line, it didn't, I did, and Mark said he'd order a new seal and send Jesus to my house to do the fix. Jesus was quick and professional and now the mirror seal looks perfect. The whole experience was professional, no-hassle and confidence-inspiring (and "dealership quality"). I'd highly recommend Golden State Auto Glass.

Ramon, his partner, and the tech provided excellent customer service to tint my Chevy Bolt. Based on the suggestions and demos, I picked 10% for rear and the hatch, 50% for front. Windshield un-tinted. It turned out fabulous! This combination provides privacy for rear passengers as well as UV protection for the front. The rear vs front tint gradient makes front tint looks subtle yet functional. The application was quick and I got courtesy rides to and from the mall as well! In the original application, there were some imperfection a few days into the curing process. I contacted Ramon and he gladly schedule a followup appointment for me to go back to have the correction done. Without hesitation, they replaced the original sheets. Based on a referral from a close friend, he confirmed that DPCS exceeded his expectations. He took his Tesla, BMW, and his Honda to Renan, and he was thoroughly impressed with his entire experience. My current vehicle already has tint installed (XPEL Prime XR+) on all windows, including the windshield. I wasn't satisfied with the installation, and I didn't want to return to the original shop that had done the work. That said, I called DPCS, and the rest was history. Renan gave me the option to stick with XPEL, or to go with GeoShield Pro Nano. I explained that I wanted my side windows to match in shade, and that we could go darker for my rear glass. I had asked to see how 70% looked and a sample strip was applied just so I could see how dark it was. I appreciated this extra help. There was clear communication each step of the process, so I never felt lost. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Fast forward a month later, I still see some spots that seemed blurry. I made contact again via Yelp and explained my concern. I was told that a month is more than enough time for it to cure. So we setup an appointment so that they could inspect it and re-do the tint if necessary. Unfortunately, it did seem like it needed to be redone. I decided to get my new 2024 Tesla Model 3 Highland PPFed/tinted/ceramic coated to try to ensure it…read morewill look good for a while. I found Elite Window Tint on Yelp and contacted Jose to get a quote and evaluation. It was actually an easy selection process as Jose seemed very honest and with a fantastic attention to detail. He was also the only one in the area with the STEK PPF I wanted. Right after picking up my car, I dropped it off at Elite for a 10-day makeover. Jose and Jonathan did a masterful job of prepping the paint and windows. The PPF was installed (nearly) perfectly, and they have been very very responsive at fixing any of the minor glitches. The window tint looks amazing and really helps reduce the glare when driving. The ceramic coating beads off water like crazy. The pricing is definitely competitive. Not the lowest, not the highest. But you get a great result that will (hopefully) last a while. Overall, I'm impressed and very happy with these guys. Great job and highly recommended.
