They don't make appointments for anything, instead they make you wait around for hours til they get to your car. They may be padding the bill with all this extra time. you would never know. Even if you ask for the first appointment of the day they still add a 2 hour wait for no good reason unless they always add fake time to the job. That is the only thing that makes sense. We're very happy with the service we received until my son picked the car up brought it home and noticed the passenger rear door had paint damage and the front bumper also but minor damage. Called them explained to them the damage. Told to get estimate. Turned estimate in waited two days for an answer. Finally they call and all I got was, there was no paint transfer. I said no paint transfer. There doesn't need to be any paint transfer. It was gouged. It you run a business and you damage a customers car that you were trusted to take care of maybe you should stand behind your mistakes and make amends instead of excuses. They tried to sell me a needed repairs. My car was not starting so I brought it to Sam's Club to have the battery checked. Due to the very cold weather they could not check the battery that day. Auto aces was in the same parking lot so I brought my car there. I never been there before but they were very friendly and said they could check the battery. I received a call Later and they said it was not the battery but the alternator and it will be $440. I told them I would be calling around for pricing at other shops I called Marv's on Bellevue Street and they were $70 less than auto Aces. I called back auto Aces and told them I would be bringing my car to another shop. They charged me $20 for the diagnostics. The next day I received a call from Marv's they told me there was nothing wrong with the alternator; they had checked it three times. They checked the battery and it failed. On the car there is an internal check system and it was saying the recharging system was working and I told both shops that. They were very nice at auto aces and if I would not have brought my car to a different shop I never would've thought I was being cheated. Another thing if I would've done the repair at auto aces at some point they wouldn't needed to tell me I needed a different battery! read more

I went here to get my window fixed, I knew I had other issues and asked for them to give me an estimate on that as well. They told me it was going to cost $1,000 to repair my car. I didn't have that money and left. I then noticed they had kept the tool my friend used to hold my window up. I had to call them and request it back after describing it and waiting another 20 minutes to get it back. No apology from them for taking items out of my car that didn't belong to them. I ended up going to another mechanic based on the recommendation of a friend. The $1,000 repair only cost me $200 but since I waited so long to save up the $1,000 I also had to put 2 new tires on my car, but still came out to $400 for those repairs. This place takes advantage of people and likely women. I've talked to other women that took their cars there as well and felt the same way. I will never return to this place! read more

They deserve a F for lack of service and communication. I was very disappointed that my car was never worked on even though I dropped it off before 7:30 AM. When I called to make an appointment I was told it would take a couple hours to do alignment. Seven hours later they had not even begun to work on it. I had already missed a half day of work so I picked up my car rather than wait the rest of the day. No trust, I do not recommend this business:( read more

THE BEST auto repair service I've used (and I'm in my 50s). Unfortunately, there isn't enough room here to share my thoughts. I have example after example of good, honest service. I'm a techie, but know little about cars, so I need to trust my repair shop. On numerous occasions, Bill at the De Pere store has advised me not to do a repair if it wasn't worth the money. More importantly, when my cars do need work, they give me a quote (which includes everything: labor, parts, tax, etc) and they do the work on time. And the repairs are always good and reliable; we never have to go back. We bought two used cars in the past year; while test driving, we took both cars to Auto Aces for a quick look over. We bought one, the other we passed on (saving us a lot of money and headaches). When my daughter moved 2 hours away, she would coordinate visits home with her auto needs, so that she could do things like get an oil change at Auto Aces. Five of us in the family now use Auto Aces. I won't go anywhere else. read more
