Instead, he took the time to explain everything to me and let me know that everything looks good. He even offered to rotate my tires free of charge, since the car was up on the jacks anyway. In addition, the waiting area is very nice and welcoming. Really friendly and honest staff. I never write reviews, but I had to for this experience. I will definitely be back if ever needed. $45 spent for a brake check is refreshing, when I thought I'd be paying nearly $1,000 or more.

I went in for a simple oil change on April 18 and paid $88.60. Everything seemed fine until two weeks later when my check engine light came on. I took my car to a mechanic and found out that they never even installed the oil filter. Because of their mistake, I had to pay $184.69 to get it fixed. That's $273.29 total out of my pocket for something that should've never happened in the first place. I filed a claim with Take 5 on May 8 and was told they'd get back to me within 7 business days. Well, it's been 17 days, I've called three times, and every time I ask, they just say, "Your claim hasn't been looked at yet." They said someone would reach out to me but still nothing. It's frustrating because this was their fault, and they don't seem to care at all. No follow-up, no urgency, no accountability.
