We attended PT here in late 2025, and while we were mostly happy with…read morethe therapists, and our child was making visible progress toward their physical goals, the cleanliness and safety standards were highly concerning. First, there is a distinct lack of sanitary protocols. Staff had multiple children lie on the same massage table and pillow without changing the covering. Additionally, my child was placed on a section of the floor that is not a shoe-free zone to do stretches. Shortly after a session, my child developed a severe cough that lasted two months and turned out to be whooping cough. When I called to cancel our third consecutive session, I was told that as long as he was fever-free, he was welcome to attend. This lenient sick policy fails to protect the many vulnerable young children who visit this practice. Finally, please note that they have an indoor trampoline positioned directly under a metal ceiling sprinkler, which is a major safety hazard for taller children. We ultimately stopped attending sessions here due to these conditions.

I am writing regarding my first physical therapy session yesterday. Unfortunately, the experience…read morefell significantly below reasonable professional expectations. The total hands-on treatment time was extremely limited. I was placed on a heat pad for approximately 10-15 minutes, briefly instructed to perform a few movements, and then most of the remaining time was spent printing exercise sheets. There was minimal direct supervision, minimal therapeutic engagement, and little professional attention devoted to my condition. In addition, my appointment began 20-30 minutes late. After being taken to the room, I waited again without assistance for approximately 10 minutes. This reflects poor time management and lack of organization. For comparison, I previously underwent shoulder rehabilitation at California Rehabilitation for six months. Their sessions were structured, focused, and typically lasted 40-45 minutes with active therapeutic involvement. Yesterday's session did not meet that standard in any measurable way. Given the limited session time, lack of therapeutic concentration, and overall inefficiency, I do not believe continuing treatment at your facility is appropriate. Please cancel all of my upcoming appointments immediately. I would also like the General Manager to contact me directly regarding this matter. I believe there are clear concerns about quality of care, professionalism, and staff training that need to be addressed. I expect confirmation of cancellation and a follow-up call at your earliest convenience.

Olivia was able to squeeze me in and prep my husband, son and I for the surgery. We met with her several times after to work on his oral function after his initial evaluation. She emailed me a detailed plan with many at-home exercises we could do with my son to help build his oral strength to improve his sucking and oral motor skills. It was apparent my son absolutely adored Olivia. She is very kind and gentle and has a calming energy that I think he was drawn to. In addition, Olivia followed up with us several times to check in on my son's progress which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Olivia as she is well-trained, professional, down-to-earth and simply a kind human being.

I…read morechose Olivia first because her quick response to seeing our daughter (because this mama was tired of breastfeeding struggles)! Olivia guided us with great workouts for her mouth, sent an email of our guide, and checked in on us. She would even send me videos of exercises I needed more help with. Within a week, I saw such an improvement in her oral skills. We saw Olivia a few times for oral exercises and craniosacral fascial therapy. Within two weeks, our girl was LOOSE and ready for her tongue and lip release. I never realized how tense our baby was until Olivia worked her magic and I was able to hold our baby as if she melted into me. If you are looking for someone who is caring and knowledgeable, Olivia is your gal! Seriously, we have a brand new baby after seeing Olivia. I wish I had seemed help earlier.
