We ended up picking up the car and had to return back on a Monday and leaving it full day. Another recent occasion, appt to drop off car at 8am, only 1 person was assisting another potential customer, who for the life of me asking so many qs, stood there waiting for 15 mins and ended up late for work. I tried to ask another employee and was told they're in retail. Mind you, other employee had assisted me at another occasion just fine. This same appointment where I had to reschedule due to being called another day due to overbooked from online booking.

I called to arrange an apostile/authenticification from US Dept of State for a marriage cert. apostiled from offie of Sec. of State in Virginia. She told me over and over the US Dept. of State doesn't do that for marriage certificates. Unfortunately she has never been to the appropriate office at US Dept of State (which I have) nor has she looked at the US State Dept. web page which describes in considerable detail the kind of documents, with special reference to marriage cert's they provide authentification for. After reading the fine print in WCS website, they provide exactly that service, but only for documents issued by Maryland and DC. She kept insisting the apostile provided by Sec. of State in Virginia was all I needed for Mexico. If you call and they tell you the same thing, hang up and find another service. I live in Mexico and and I have been told by my lawyer, mortgage banker, Immigration authorities, and both local and state goverment agencies where I live that the ONLY thing they accept is a marriage certificate authenticated in some way by US Dept of State. And do not put any trust in a company who keeps referring to "apostling documents". The Apostles are all dead, they can't apostile anything.

The red wine consisted of 1 Italian red, and the spin --- one Spanish wine at an Italian embassy event. I love Spanish wine, but didn't expect it at an Italian event. The sound quality was painful, people were sitting at the side on those plastic chairs bored .. they looked like they were at a bad wedding. It was advertised to the a holiday event, there was hardly anything holiday about it, there was one Christmas tree and I wonder if the Italian embassy put it up, not the Embassy Experience company. For $240 dollars I did not enjoy $0.50 of it. I asked for a refund, but due to policy they will not provide it. I felt like I was scammed, bamboozled, and at a loss of $240.
