About an hour before he was due to arrive I showed my wife what to show him because I had to leave and of course the dryer worked perfectly after it spit out a face mask that had been lodged somewhere. Richie could have charged us the service fee and I even offered to pay it and he refused. He came in anyway, looked at the dryer and regardless and confirmed it was the mask and didn't charge us a thing. So nice to know there are good honest people in the world still.
