They were able to fit me into their schedule even though my week was packed, which was a huge relief. My car is fairly new, but after they were done, it somehow looked and smelled like the day I bought it. The level of care they put into every part of the interior and exterior was obvious. What really impressed me was that they also pointed out issues left behind by another detailing company I had previously used--things I never would've noticed on my own. It showed not only their expertise, but that they genuinely care about the quality of their work and the condition of the car. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend A&J Mobile Detail to anyone looking for top-tier service!

THEE. BEST. TINTING. COMPANY! I am very picky about tints…read more Not easy to please. A perfectionist. Shine Bright completely wowed me in every aspect. I requested a quote through the handy Yelp option and they responded back promptly. *Off topic but the Yelp quote option will also send your quote request to several other businesses so you can price shop with one convenient click of a button. Amazing!* Anyway, they quickly replied and offered the most competitive pricing, and after reading the great reviews I chose them for my needs. I then called and spoke with Andrea who was wonderful. Professional and courteous, I told her I was trying to decide between 15% or 5% and she quickly sent me pics of both shades on different vehicles to help me decide. They were able to fit me in the next day, which was awesome. Shortly after making the appointment I received a text confirmation with all the pertinent details - date, time, type of tint, and color, and price. They offered a one hour window for arrival and the next day they arrived promptly at the scheduled time! Wow! Now, if you're from Miami you should know that this is a rarity. Someone on time. I was in heaven. Victor was a pleasure. He was polite and professional. Him and the other gentleman who came were so thorough in their work. They examined the windows and made sure to show me any pre-existing scratches on the windows that could affect the quality of the end result. I appreciated that attention to detail and also their commitment to protecting their good name. The finished job was PERFECTTT. I am so picky and it was so perfect. Again, I was in heaven. Lol. Their work was meticulous, and they left the car spotless. Once done they advised me on how long I needed to wait before rolling down the windows and placed courtesy stickers on both panels to help avoid any errors. Those stickers saved me TWICE! Lol. Overall, I really can't say enough good things about Shine Bright. I love the mobile option of it. So convenient and easy. Their communication and attention to detail is by far the best I have ever received. The quality of work is phenomenal. Fair pricing. Def give them a shot next time you need tints!

It's summer in South Florida, so I needed to get my car windows tinted. I reached out to a friend…read morefor a recommendation and I was told this place did good work. I called to get more information about the options and prices. I spoke to Jimmy and from what I understand, he is the owner. He explained the different options and price points. I agreed to come in Monday morning. Upon arriving to the shop I met with a young man at the desk. I explained that I spoke to Jimmy a few days before and came in to get my car windows tinted. The young man quoted me with different prices than was already given. For example with Jimmy the starting rate was $190, with this young man the starting rate was $240 an almost 30% mark up. I do not like dishonesty and I definitely don't respect any business taking advantage of people. I explained to the young man that I was quoted a different price and if he did not plan on honoring it then I needed to speak to the owner. Three calls were made to the owner and there was no answer. At this point I was ready to walk. The young man had an about face and stated he would complete the job at the price the owner quoted me at. I found this very disingenuous. I must admit he did a good job despite the initial attempting to haggle me in the beginning. When I checked in there was a $30 off Yelp discount but he reported he has never seen it before and could not process it. I wish more business respected 'word of mouth' referrals as it's the best way to get people in your door. A word of advice being honest and consistent is always the best business practice. I will be hesitant to refer here.
