The driver remained quiet and calm, he was professional about the ordeal. However he only took 1 picture of 1 spot of the floor they damaged. we purchased a brand new build, our home was in perfect condition until they damaged my front door, the flooring, and walls. I do not appreciate someone coming into my home that we just bought as a 1st time homeowner and putting it down. Please ensure your employees do better in the future. Had they taken the doors off of the refrigerator it would have given them more room and the damage could have been avoided because then they could have used the dolly. Or they could have rescheduled for a day it was dry outside and came in the backdoor as I suggested.
