I went in and was posting a package and I ended up waiting in line for 20 minutes just to post a package. At one time, there was only one person working behind the counter because a person had gone on break and then slowly more people appeared to help out. The customer service at this post office literally sucks and every time I've been there I think I've probably had to wait 20 minutes or longer to get to the front of the line. I was hoping that after a while this post office would get better, but it looks like I'll need to stick to the other ones I go to instead.

If you are collecting an item make sure to follow the signs to the side counter as the queue for the main counter can be quite long and they will only redirect you there anyway.

It's a huge industrial looking building which can be a little intimidating but there are plenty of signs to help you in the right direction. Picking up packages is fuss-free, just hand over your collection card and id and you're good to go.
