Penguin VIP was the highlight of my trip. I booked Ocean Road and when the day arrived it was pouring rain by the time I got to the departure area my pants were soaking wet as were my feet and I was freezing cold. Based on the radar it appeared was going to rain all day. I asked to reschedule and after some hesitation she agreed. I reschedule for a Saturday. After thinking about it Saturday was likely to be very busy so I went back & asked to change to the following Tuesday. The girl asked if I had already changed it and I told her I had due to bad weather. She said she could only change once. I knew when I bought the ticket online there was a flexible refund policy. So asked for a refund and figured I would just go back online and purchase for my preferred date. She hesitated again and then said it wouldn't be a problem to change. I mean seriously, why wouldn't she just change from the get go. The reason I didn't give 5 stars was because if customer service at window.

Absolutely sign up for a guided tour to view this building. You start the tour at the museum next…read moredoor and then walk over to the Royal Exhibition Building. You get to walk in and take as many pics as you'd like. Then, you go down stairs into the basement. And then, on the way back you go up to the rooftop. The rooftop has great views of the city and surrounding areas. I took a ton of pics up there and we had a great time. After that, you'll walk back down to the 2nd floor and take more pics inside. I can't believe how much original stuff is still here. Great way to spend an hour.
