This baffled me until I reviewed my security camera footage and saw that a CertaPro representative had just spent 3 hours pressure washing my deck--a service we did not request. They went to the wrong address, and they didn't even do a good job. The worst is I discovered water pooling on window sills INSIDE (facing the deck). I'm concerned they damaged the seals in the window jams. A resolution has not been reached for the error nor potential damage caused by service we never asked for!

Interestingly I paid them and they agreed to properly prep the surfaces prior to applying the paint so that didn't really add up for me. They agreed to come back and touch up which they did once. I still have paint peeling and have given up trying to get them to come back. Don't waste your time with these guys. They are expensive and don't stand behind their work!

We wouldn't use them again. We had a five figure contract with the firm that involved spraying…read moreprimer, spraying the ceilings and spraying painted and stained woodwork. The primer, ceilings and the stained woodwork were done well. The painted woodwork on the first level was done well, with some runs on the doors. The painted woodwork on the lower level was where it fell down. One room was new woodwork and that came out well. The other three rooms did not. One of the painters on the job told us that he thought there was another week to a week and a half on the job. Two days later they were gone. Three months later we had paint peeling up on the old woodwork in the three rooms. The new crown moldings in those three rooms came out well but the paint on the old woodwork has peeled off in large chunks. Not a little. It is a failed job. We had the owner out who told us that he would fix it and we haven't heard anything back from him in over two years.
