Korrey requested some pictures and he responded with a typed up, professional quote right away. We booked out close to two months due to social distancing but they were so worth the wait. Wrong address! I came home from work at lunch and discovered my deck was wet and all my furniture,…read moreplants, etc were rearranged. This baffled me until I reviewed my security camera footage and saw that a CertaPro representative had just spent 3 hours pressure washing my deck--a service we did not request. They went to the wrong address, and they didn't even do a good job. The worst is I discovered water pooling on window sills INSIDE (facing the deck). I'm concerned they damaged the seals in the window jams. A resolution has not been reached for the error nor potential damage caused by service we never asked for!
