She is thorough and proactive with her healthcare approach. She also stays current on the healthcare industry to ensure you get the best care and most current protocols based on ethnicity where relevant. This sets her FAR apart from other physicians in the area. I would drive a million miles to see Dr. Supkay. Setting up appts, request of refills, insurance is all an ease due to the excellent attentional to detail & communication. They also have an amazing patient portal which makes communication with Dr Supkay & her nurse very easy. You can also make refill requests & get lab results from the portal. I absolutely LOVE that Dr Supkay does NOT keep your lab results hostage. As soon as CPL completes them, Dr Supkay allows us to see them. And she follows up to discuss of course. The convenience of CPL being located on site makes any follow up labs easy breezy. Highly recommend Dr Supkay as part of your medical care team!!! Thank you Dr Supkay & staff for the continued compassionate care!

The doctor in question I've been seeing, Dr. Sandra Ordonez really helped me put my health back on track for the last half year or so since I started seeing her. When I came into Austin Primary Care a few months ago I was suffering from an uncontrolled case of Type 2 Diabetes and going through a rough patch, and over the last few months she helped give me the tools and most of all encouragement to get my levels back to completely normal (As of today!). I couldn't be happier with the care that I got, the healthier lifestyle I'm embracing and I really appreciated the online portal that APCC uses to keep in touch with your doctor free of charge if you have any questions. I sincerely got the feeling that the doctors here actually cared about my well being, which is unfortunately a rare thing to find as of late. Highly recommended, and I'm very grateful for her ongoing effort to steer my health in the right direction.

I'm honestly very disappointed with my experience at Arthur Direct Care…read more My family and I came here specifically for civil surgeon services as part of our immigration/legalization process--something where accuracy is absolutely critical. While my own medical form was completed correctly, the forms for my family members were not. This mistake led to a Request for Evidence (RFE) from USCIS, which delayed our case by several months. On top of the stress and uncertainty, this error cost us real money. Because of the delays and time pressure, I had to pay over $900 out of pocket for additional rounds of vaccinations at the same clinic just to stay on track. This situation could have been avoided with proper attention to detail. For a service that directly impacts legal status and timelines, I expected a much higher level of care and accuracy. I'm sharing this to raise awareness so future patients can double-check their paperwork carefully and avoid going through a similar experience.

Every month she gets same 2 medications, with doctor visit every 3 months, like clockwork. She is otherwise healthy with no medical concerns. However, every month without fail they screw up her prescriptions. Every single month! She calls and visits plenty of time prior to script running out, but by time they get meds called in correctly she's out. This is a ongoing monthly issue and for no good reason.

Andrea is AMAZING! Never feel rushed when speaking with her, she is very thorough, listens, and is genuinely concerned about my health. The front office staff is very friendly and very helpful. They've gone above and beyond several times when our pharmacy buggered up refills and the like.
