After I told the staff I have a written confirmation, I was told that only one person could be seen at a time. Since I had another commitment, I could not stay and wait. Then, another customer arrived with the same appointment time as mine, which made the situation even more confusing. They may provide good treatments, but unfortunately, the scheduling felt too disorganized for me, so I have decided not to return.
