She is a true healer. My akashic records sessions have really brought forth positive changes into my life, revealed things to me in a nurturing way, and helped me in my relationships and my life goals. The sound therapy session I had was a really positive experience. I will definitely be scheduling another one in the future. I liked how Erin talked with me about my intentions for the session and discussed with me after some blockages in my chakras that she noticed. It was helpful on a physical and spiritual level for me. Erin is wonderful on the phone, over Skype, and in person. I feel blessed to have found her.

I'd never experienced Reiki before, didn't know much about it and decided to give it a try as well. The first time with her was like being so relaxed that my mind seemed to drift in and out of consciousness like being on some incredible drug that doesn't exist. The second experience was different. I'd done a little research on how Reiki works and how it could possibly help me with GAD which I've had for about 15 years. So I went back with an intention and my experience was much different. It was definitely just as relaxing as the first time but memories began coming to the surface that I hadn't thought about in a long time followed by unexpected emotions. That session triggered a thing in me that came out later that day and for the next few days. That was about a month ago I believe and since then I've not needed meds for anxiety except for a few times. This is really huge for me! I'd assume your mileage may vary if you are looking for a similar experience based on your particular situation or personal growth but Bobby is definitely gifted and her Reiki is powerful stuff!

She measured and weighed me. Amber mixes cardio with strength training utilizing body weight and free weights to work every part of the body. Her workout keeps your heart rate up so that you are always working out at an optimal level. She asked that I email her a daily food/exercise log so that I was conscious of what I was putting in my body. Amber recommended protein shakes as well as a lean diet. Tana is a massage wizard…read more She was extremely thoughtful and vastly knowledgeable in my appointment with her today. I felt like she read my ailments in body braille and was on a search and rescue mission at the same time. She started by asking a few questions and then had me lift my legs while standing and observed the way my body moved/was aligned or rather misaligned. Then she explained what was happening. Crunchy. Buzzy. Hot maple syrupy. Nervy. Angry. Flowy. Sinewy. All of these words were used at one point to describe how I was/should/could or should not be feeling. I could say "That feels hot buzzy" and she would say something like "Oh, well you shouldn't be feeling that here- the floating rib and the nerve, something, something..." and then she would minutely adjust where she was massaging and I would fade out to a hot maple syrupy feeling. I described my right shoulder as a 'dumb oaf' and she was able to translate that info into something about my rotator cuff needing more work and then she worked out some intense tightness. She even pressed on a few spots in my arm pit that seemed to relieve months of tension. I left feeling educated, more balanced and energized. This isn't a fluffy stuffy place. Her room is a modest but tastefully decorated studio. She uses soft blankets and sheets and a nice cloth cover on her face rest. The methods she used on me were more active than most massages I've had and instead of leaving like a pile of sleepy mush, I left somehow feeling stronger and more alert. Sleepy mush can be good and I'm sure she can do that too but that's not what my body needed and she seemed to know exactly how to tackle it.
