What made our experience so special at Rader was the coordinator/director that we were paired with, Leward. We came to the funeral home for the first time to view my father's body and to meet with Leward about arrangements and getting paperwork signed. He was able to read the room perfectly. We were all extremely overwhelmed considering we were all in shock, but he guided us with compassion and patience. He explained every step of the process clearly and slowly. He even made us crack a smile or giggle when appropriate. He did not aggressively push any of the funeral home's services or products on us. We explained that we wanted a celebration of life at our home, and he understood and helped us determine what additional support we would need for the event. He texted us to check in on us leading up to, and even after, the celebration, and assured us that he was there if we needed anything. It was extremely special to have the support and kindness of Rader, and specifically Leward, during the most difficult time of our lives. He made the whole process simple and pleasant. My family is incredibly grateful for our experience at Rader Funeral Home and recommend it to anyone that is looking for comfort and support when a loved one passes.

He gave us great material help with organizing the flow if our ceremony. Reasons Paster Mabry should be your wedding officiant: 1) Genuine Warmth - From our first meeting he put us completely at ease. He took the time to get to know us in a short time. We knew when we left the meeting that we found the right officiant for our special day. 2) Affordable - When planning a wedding it's easy for the budget to spiral out of control. Sensational Ceremonies was a reasonable choice. Paster Mabry met with us for an initial meeting, attended the rehearsal & and conducted the ceremony all for an affordable price. 3) Organized - One of the choices you have to make when planning a wedding is whether the officiant will attend the rehearsal. When I contacted other officiants most didn't see the need to attend the rehearsal since they have conducted many weddings. That may be fine in some situations however we wanted to make sure that everything was a stress-free, no-brainer on wedding day. Even though we had a hiccup (one of the unity candles went out) he was able to bring lite humor to the moment defusing any possible nervous tension. My family use Josh Anderson and Jh Anderson when my nephew was killed he did a very good job on my…read morenephew body but so much as doctors call it (bed side manner) Josh Anderson dropped the ball...after my sister had a signed contract with this company Josh Anderson told her at the visitation he need more money by 5pm or he will not perform the funeral the next day..my sister paid him more money which she over paid for the funeral. Jsh wrote her a check and his own bank would not cash it. He made promise after promise and 2 months later she still did not receive the money he owes her. Long story short this company and Josh Anderson preys on families at there weakest time to benifit themselves. I would never use him or his company again and I suggest you all do research before picking a company for your family needs

Don't work or do business with J.H. Anderson. I used to work for his company and he is very shady…read more He lied and said that I was an employee when I was working for him and turned around and said that I was independent contractor and sent me a 1099 form after I had quit. The IRS has already determined in a letter that they sent to me that I was an employee for J.H. Anderson, not an independent contractor. Also, I noticed a lot of people including people that I know that have done business with J.H. Anderson have had bad experiences dealing with him including his customers who rode in his limousines, funeral customers, and former employees. Some of these complaints have been posted online. I myself had filed several complaints against him and other people I know are also taking legal action against J.H. Anderson. Avoid J.H. Anderson like the plague that he is.

One junior associate gave us wrong information causing us much anxiety. The second junior associate was very rude and disrespectful. He also dropped the ball several times causing my other daughter to do part of his job for him. After the funeral we met with Chris Stewart and he was very sympathetic and listened to all of our concerns and he said would address them with his staff. The second junior associate did send us an apology note. I would use SFH again with the understanding that Mr. Stewart be involved at every step of the way.

Bait and switch you decide We all walked out thinking we were at a shady used car place, but it's not like you can walk out and go buy a car another place!!
