No slide cutting, no texturing shears, nada! She worked with his curls, not against them. Removed bulk/volume to allow them to spring without making them choppy. She taught him how to polish up his techniques on his own to achieve those results as well. So happy & not broke either- I can't say enough about what this means to a young person's self esteem! I went in for a partial Highlight and haircut and what I left with was two short pieces in the front (not blended at all) and a random sideburn looking piece on one side of my head. My highlights were also yellow. The true disappointment came when I asked for a refund (for at least the full price of the haircut) and was offered $55 for a $90 haircut. I was told I received the discounted price refund for the haircut. I will say I was offered for it to be fixed but I was not interested in the same person that messed it up, trying to fix it. I simply wanted my money refunded. Instead I was told the stylist was "having a bad day." It is extremely disappointing to have this experience a week before my wedding and to be offered a "discounted price" refund for a horrible haircut. Unfortunately because of the way this situation was handled, I would not recommend this salon.

She was so great in explaining to me the process, how they work and how to care for them. After our conversation, I decided to come in and have Mandi put a full set of lashes on me. I am so happy with her work! I love the fact that I can get up in the morning and head to the gym and not have to worry about putting on any mascara or try to make my eyes look awake. After the first time of them doing that to me earlier this year, I thought "maybe it was just this stylist?" so I went again recently. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. My bangs were cut shorter than I asked, and they are very obviously crooked. It has ruined 4 special events that I was part of this week. I didn't even want to go to one I had today, just because I was embarrassed of how all my photos were turning out with such a terrible haircut. ---------- I went in and asked for my bangs to just be shaped - no dramatic length change.
