Under her management, my rental property was never vacant for more than a week or two between tenants. That's just the time it takes for the crew to get the house ready for the next tenant. We usually have a new tenant signed a rental agreement before the old tenant moved out. My investment house have been cash flowing nicely since my purchase. I enjoyed working with Mars Hill Realty so much that I'm in the process of closing on another property in Georgetown, Texas for them to manage.
