I think this is my third or fourth time back for adjustments since I got a bottom denture from AFD. They are so accommodating and kind. They keep going until it is working for you. Erica took photos of each tooth, measured my gums, and validated that my oral hygiene practices at home are on par. During my examination, we saw signs of decay, and there was enough time in the schedule for me to start the process of placing a crown on my tooth. From the moment Dr. James numbed me to the moment my temporary crown was placed, I was treated with the utmost care. The team remembered my son, who visited not too long ago, and were as joyful and relatable as can be. They even offered me a cozy blanket during my procedure! I mean, who does that? I emailed back and forth a couple times regarding the call back within the span of a week's time and, after being told they were about to call that Friday morning and then they never did, I just let it go. Not that important. It seems like the best deal in town but, I started to think that maybe you get what you pay for and, while I'm sure the one Dentist here is very experienced and they stay very busy, I'd be concerned about the quality of care considering how they handled me on the phone. The second person I booked with was more patient and we I actually got confirmation texts and emails unlike the first attempt with Miranda. She also helped me cancel with no question or issue. I just can't take a gamble on my teeth no matter how tempting the pricing might be. I just found Austin Dental Spa. It is such a great environment for pediatric care and littles with teeth. Our baby has teeth still erupting but he was able to get his check up, cleaning, flossing, and fluoride administered. Dr. Gregerson was so kind and so was our dental assistant and the front desk folks who helped us every step of the way and calmed mom and dad's nerves. While baby did not like it, they walked us through how to get squirmy baby in and out and did the cleaning with such finess and speed both my husband and I were stunned with how quickly that went, we were both in awe at how he was able to floss baby's tiny teeth. They have video games for your other children to play while you wait in the with your child if have more than one child with you like I do most of the times we come visit. If your child comes here they always receive a coin to choose a toy from the machine. They definitely go into detail with you about your child's teeth. Today we learned our youngest is already getting his molars in. They are very experienced with taking care of your kids teeth. I was so amazed at the care and kindness that they put into each of their clients. Usually you are in and out pretty fast when you have a scheduled appointment. Your children get to watch their favorite Netflix show while they getting their teeth cleaned or worked on. In the waiting room they have a TV with Netflix and video games area for your kids to keep themselves entertained.
