Jorge was assigned to our kitchen renovation and he did an amazing job keeping us informed as well as weekly updates on progress. It's hard to trust a contractor with so many horror stories but revive exceeded every expectation! I will definitely be using Revive when I'm ready the rest of my home. For the services Revive offered- designer, project manager, great vetted subs, it was definitely worth the price. THANK YOU!!!

Jake and Bobbie are meticulous, with great attention to detail and precision. They communicate better than any contractor you'll ever work with, and the quality is the best you'll find. Jake is experienced and skilled in nearly all aspects of construction work. Only thing I had to do was use a licensed electrician to reconfigure the electrical loads and install several new and dedicated circuits in the kitchen area when the area was gutted. Jake even goes an extra mile to do some things out of scope because he is that kind of guy, but if you push him out of scope, then you should reward him appropriately. He is anxious to please and works as if it is his own house. He installed an RO I had ordered in the middle of the kitchen-install and he wasn't going to charge, and he reworked some doors and did some extras here and there to give 100% quality and happiness. He's the only contractor I've ever given a bonus to at the end of the job; he was that good, 100% on time, and superb quality and a very fair price.

My experience with Inside Out was stellar from beginning to the end. Shawn was super prompt from…read morethe start. This is not usual in this market. After touring my home and discussing the project I had in mind he had a detailed multi-page proposal for me. The first bed I received from a contractor was literally an email that went something like, Kitchen: 15k, Bathroom: 10k, Garage: 15k...Not very assuring. Shawn and his team were assuring from the get go. Communication with everyone on the team from his right-hand man, Oscar, and design wiz, Sara, to the plumber and electrician were streamlined by use of an app called Slack they use. This was so useful when you are working on a mult-month job and always have a ton of little questions or concerns. I could easily just shoot it out into the app and anyone on his team could respond. I loved that. And these guys are top-notch. Oscar did some amazing things in here. When we found an unexpected load-bearing beam, he expertly engineered a huge beam across the near-length of the kitchen that allowed us to fully open up the area...without hiring an engineer (my decision). That thing was solid. Then he took my dated fireplace and lathered it in multiple layers of concrete and mortar to make what is now a piece of modern art. Sara and Shawn both have an eye for design. When I sent a photo of one of my bathrooms to a friend she told me it looked with the W. In a few areas of the house they kind of nudged me to let them have some artistic leave and I am so glad they did. My master bath is now a study in what you should do for any small bathroom space and my laundry room has added about 100+ square feet to the home and functions as a mud room. All of the contractors he works with are exceptional as well. I will always use David O from Make it Drain plumbing and Irvin with Retiz Electric. Both of these guys are masters of their trades and very friendly and reliable too. Overall, I could not recommend Shawn and his team more. It was an honor to work with these guys. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

I worked with Shawn on the design and he was always openminded about what I wanted to do and willing to provide suggestions or recommendations. His team of subcontractors did quality work and were respectful of me and my home. I had lots of people in and out of my house and had full trust in them. Most importantly, Shawn is an excellent communicator. He is always a text or phone call away, and would make time in his busy schedule to drop by the house and meet with me as needed. I have heard horror stories from my friends of contractors who disappear in the middle of a project or fail to respond to requests for updates or questions. I had none of these problems with Shawn. My renovation turned into a much bigger project in terms of the amount of changes that were made, but it never felt hopeless or endless, and the end result made it all worth it. I will definitely use InsideOut again for my next renovation project! Until then I'll just be living on the prettiest house on the block, thanks to Shawn.

Gotta admit - was a bit skeptical at first for the unsolicited request for help; however, it was most welcome as we had been waiting for repairs for several weeks with no estimated ETA as the mold removal team was booked solid. TJ Renovate to the rescue! The very next workday, Tyler, Jamie, Jarett, and the Team arrived to assess the scene. Within a couple days, not only did we have a thorough estimate (complete with all measurements and pricing) but also the work began the following week!!! Within three days, Alejandro had us all put back together (better than new) with ***phenomenal*** work including new drywall, paint, texturing, trim, vinyl floor tiles, and a minimal drainage cap at the wall following sink removal. Amazing!!! He could not have been kinder or more prompt! If you ever need timely, honest, and efficient home repairs done with the utmost care, compassion, and follow up - don't hesitate - TJ Renovate!

They did a fast job and renovated my entire house in 1 month, which would normally take 2-3 months. However when I sold the house, the inspector found major issues including a deck that was built not to code. Normally it would be fine because TJ will cover the work. Unfortunately, the work was so poor that the buyers did not trust TJ to fix it and refused that option. In the end it costed me a lot of money to credit the buyers so they can fix with someone else. TJs did not credit me back when I brought it up. I notice when things are going well, it's great. When I put some pressure or call out some things, they avoid conflict and not be as communicative, almost like avoidant attachment style. Overall I do really like the entire crew but they did cost me a lot of money so that's very unfortunate. I'm very well connect since I flip houses and have many friends and investors looking for top contractors and I would have easily given TJs so much work but i have given all the work to other contractors after this situation.

We're very pleased with the result -- the quality of workmanship was high, and you can tell that Jason took the time to do things right. He did a great job answering our questions and explaining what he did, why he did it that way, and what to watch out for in the future.
