Apparently they were at lunch when I called. Hours later I received a call back and gave them my current coverage information. The next day I got an email, not a phone call, telling me that they could not find a company that would give me coverage because I had made 2 claims within 5 years. That was not true. I didn't live in that house 5 years ago. I did have a claim due to a power surge in 2024 to repair electrical circuits that were fried as a result of the power surge. Another reason for denied coverage was because my house which had an expansion 17 years ago had standing seam metal roofing on the new areas and shingles on the original section of the house. That part of the house had new shingles in 2022. We moved into the house 2.5 years ago. They said because my roof had two materials that was another reason for denial. When i explained these facts in my emailed reply, I got no response back from the company. If you ask me whether I'd recommend this company I would have to give a resounding no. Poor communication and groundless reasons for denial. I was immediately able to get coverage from Bracken Insurance with no issues.

I've had nothing but great customer service from my agent Amber at RCI! When I've needed help I was able to call and get the service I needed. I was totally treated like family and in a time of insurance need it's a big deal. I have also always felt like I've got a good deal as far as what I pay for coverage. Being an independent broker, RCI from what I understand, can shop among many providers and find the best deal suites find it my needs. I'm even looking to start a business with a couple of drones and they were able to provide me a quote for that! We recently switched to Kaci's agency after our previous local agent had retired. Like so many, our home was impacted by the May 2026 hail storm in the Owasso area. Long story short, we were having some problems getting parts of our storm claim approved by the adjuster to receive complete payment for repairs. So, shout out to Wendy (Claims Liaison) with Kaci's team. We had only switched agents a few days earlier on the State Farm app. We hadn't really even requested their assistance yet but, just a few days after the switch, I got a call from our adjuster to inform us that everything had been approved now, final payment was issued, and the claim was closed unless we found any further damage.
