Agent cancelled my policy due to non payment even though I was on auto-pay and the money was drafted from my account. I never received a notice and when I inquired I never received an answer back. After some investigation the corporate office told me that the car that I added to my policy was written under a different policy. NOT at ALL what we discussed. New car replaced the old car with an updated rate. We worked on this for a couple of days because I changed my mind on the car that I wanted to purchase. Now I have a $190 ticket for having no insurance on that vehicle and a fat $99 charge as of last month for not having multicar policy. They lapsed my car insurance in January. Suddenly, all of this is my fault. After 20 years I would never go back to them and I would never refer anyone to this office. I wish I had my old agent back but now I have a whole new company. What a waste of time and stress. Points on my license, fees and potential jail time. It is professional to take accountability. Yes, I checked my mail and the most recent was a detail about my insurance policy and new cards for the vehicle that was "lapsed". Just pass this agency up and go somewhere else. I cant even trust that they will update my insurance information with the State. Definitely poor service.
