Apparently they were at lunch when I called. Hours later I received a call back and gave them my current coverage information. The next day I got an email, not a phone call, telling me that they could not find a company that would give me coverage because I had made 2 claims within 5 years. That was not true. I didn't live in that house 5 years ago. I did have a claim due to a power surge in 2024 to repair electrical circuits that were fried as a result of the power surge. Another reason for denied coverage was because my house which had an expansion 17 years ago had standing seam metal roofing on the new areas and shingles on the original section of the house. That part of the house had new shingles in 2022. We moved into the house 2.5 years ago. They said because my roof had two materials that was another reason for denial. When i explained these facts in my emailed reply, I got no response back from the company. If you ask me whether I'd recommend this company I would have to give a resounding no. Poor communication and groundless reasons for denial. I was immediately able to get coverage from Bracken Insurance with no issues.
