I came in to ask about having my crown placed back and getting a filling, and also requested a routine cleaning. The cleaning was extremely painful, I was visibly uncomfortable, trembling, crying, and my gums were bleeding, yet the hygienist did not pause or allow breaks. Water was left on my face, my face was wiped roughly with the bib, and aggressive flossing caused more bleeding. After waiting another 30 minutes, I was told that no dental work would be done because it was already closing time. I spent nearly three hours, paid for the visit, and left with bleeding gums and no treatment. I understand cleanings can be uncomfortable, but this experience lacked basic communication and compassion.

His staff is kind, patient, and gentle (when it comes to cleaning teeth). While getting your teeth clean there is a t.v you can watch so that the time can be as relaxing as possible. I've never had to wait more than five minutes to be called back for my appointment time which is unlike many medical offices. The office staff seems to be well organized and knowledgeable as I have never had a problem with billing or appointment times. Dr. Gregg himself is very personable and does a great job of explaining what he is doing and why he is doing it. Overall I would definitely recommend and have recommended this place to anyone looking for a dentist.
