First, they raised my insurance I called to see what they could do + they said nothing. I waited a couple of months (because I believed them) until I decided to shop around! I found WAY cheaper insurance with a TRUSTED company & the same coverage. When I called to cancel they made me send them proof I had a new policy! Then I asked the girl to call me once it was canceled + she didn't! So I had to call them back!!!!!!!!!! He is not just trying to get your money, he's there trying to make sure you're taking care of when times get tough. This particular sad story happened to us in 2024 with a house leak. We've had friends who were unable to get the coverage they needed who were in similar situations, but Jeremy made sure that we were taken care of!
