1/5 Star Review…read more Frontier Fiber - Extremely Disappointed I am paying $210 per month for Frontier's 7 Gbps fiber plan, and I am not receiving the speeds I am paying for. My connection is consistently slower than advertised, even when testing on wired connections with Frontier-approved equipment. Frontier sent a replacement device, but it did not fix the issue. I have contacted customer support multiple times and have been transferred back and forth endlessly between departments with no resolution. The most frustrating part is that Frontier refuses to send a technician to properly diagnose the problem. For a premium-priced service, the support is unacceptable. There is no accountability, no real troubleshooting, and no urgency to fix an issue that clearly requires on-site support. Instead, customers are left wasting hours on the phone repeating the same story. If you are considering Frontier's high-speed plans, be warned: they are happy to charge top dollar but unwilling to support the service when it doesn't work as advertised. I am now forced to escalate this issue outside of Frontier due to their lack of response and support.

Avoid at all costs or only use them for a very limited time- while they give you a cheap introduction rate.
