Unfortunately, I've had to cancel that appointment, but I look forward to seeing them in the future. The reason I wanted to leave this review is because so many people will never call you back. Not only did they call me back. They were extremely polite and they did everything they could to work my pet in. That's the way business should be done. Thank you very much for being so professional, and responsive.

Rosie and Matt are the best! They pick up and drop off our dogs, which is a lifesaver at times…read moresince traveling with our four dogs can be a night mare! Our dogs are not only watched over, but often come back bathed and brushed. They will even give our dogs meds if needed. They require that you provide a leash and food at pick up...that's it! Super easy. There are some simple forms to fill out when you first sign up for services, but they are painless. Two of our four dogs are also what you can call "problem children" but Kritter Kare does a great job at calming your pets and separating them in a way where every one gets along. One our of dogs apparently has a huge crush on Matt and doesn't like to come home...lol! Kritter Kare is amazing and highly recommended!

I called groomers all over town who were busy, then called Sherry who said she'd let me know if something came up. I did get a call back and she had an opening, later she said it was because I was the only one who thanked her before hanging up. Apparently, people who called her and couldn't get their dog squeezed in for a haircut before Thanking, just hung up. Ok then, it pays to be polite! My little dogs don't do elaborate haircuts, just practical, although I'm sure they can handle any haircut. After Sherry left and Patti came on board, the dogs are still always happy when they come back from a visit. Patti clearly loves dogs and makes a fuss over them. The business is small, but judging by the number of barking dogs in the back, they stay busy! Her prices are reasonable and my timid Pomeranian, Cooper waits by the carrier until I put him inside. He knows that a trip to the groomer is in store. That's the best reference I can give for Sherry's Pet Grooming.
