After working with another agency, and not getting consistent responses by email over the years, I became frustrated and needed another agency. I can thank Diane Waggoner for the referral - she is a Medicare specialist with Relion Insure and we needed a regular agency. When I called the agency, they put me in touch with one of their agents named Lena Yamaguchi. Lena helped my husband and me with options for our 2020 health plan, and that was pretty straightforward. Our self-employed 24-year old daughter was on her own plan, and it was a bit more complicated. She missed the deadline of updating her Covered California income information, and her file unfortunately and mistakenly was put in the hands of Medi-Cal, which we knew she did not qualify for. We needed advice on how to help her get back into the Covered CA system. Since the time I met Lena by phone, she was outstanding! She answered all of our needs regarding plan options for the parents...and for our daughter's situation; it was a bit more complicated. Our daughter did wind up having to complete a lot of paperwork to the County of San Diego regarding her self-employment income and expenses. It's all settled now, but I can only tell you that Lena was always available for any questions and advice over email or phone. She had a very calm nature, and was very thorough in her explanations. I always told her that I could be flexible around the holidays or any time we both had busy schedules, but she was always quite prompt and organized in her responses. She simply gave us "peace of mind" throughout the entire process. I am happy to recommend this agency and Lena Yamaguchi... to whomever asks me. Bravo on a great job!

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH RHIS SCAM COMPANY I am a small…read morebusiness owner. This business tells you what you want to hear and tells you your signing what was discussed but then end up changing stuff on the contract. When you try to cancel the contract they ignore your calls and emails and don't respond back so more days can pass and you get stuck. Nora is So Rude! Very unprofessional and laughs at you. I don't even want to know how many small businesses they have scammed. I was misled during the signing and they took advantage of me. They say no interest fee but can't answer the question of where the extra thousands of dollars are going and then on top of that they tell you you get the title after your contract but then in the contract they write that they are selling you the vehicle after you pay the loan part. So they are very good at lying and saying one thing do you believe them and don't read the contract and just sign so then after you sign, you're screwed.

I'd like to share my experience with Innovative Lease Services…read more I reached out to them with a unique structure for a Business Acquisition using Working Capital. Right from the start, I presented this structure and asked for the necessary requirements upfront. Throughout the process, I emphasized repeatedly that I wanted to know everything needed to avoid any surprises. I made it clear that I was in contact with sellers and needed to ensure we were all on the same page. Despite discussing the structure many times and being clear about my intentions, they changed the requirements, even though they were the ones who created them. Today, I received a text message suggesting that I was "Wasting my time." This was unexpected, given my initial efforts to clarify what was needed, whether the transaction was feasible, and what more I could provide to move things forward. When I asked a question about another deal, I received a response that was cold, unprofessional, and abrupt. It felt like our previous discussions had been ignored, and I was treated as if I was doing something wrong or inappropriate. This company has wasted my time and put me in a difficult position. I now have to figure out a new structure based on the parameters they originally provided, which has hurt my credibility with my selling partners. I would consider other options to avoid ending up in a similar situation. Due to the poor communication and unprofessional treatment I experienced, I felt a sense of prejudice, despite my efforts to be as professional, clear, open, and friendly as possible. Take your business elsewhere.

I had a great State Farm agent/team when I lived in Las Vegas and then I was transferred to a new State Farm agent when I moved out to SD about two years ago, who was fine up until the last few months (when we really needed him). My husband and I purchased a condo back in September and we had setup to have mortgage insurance through State Farm (of course) in addition to adding my husband's car insurance to State Farm instead of Progressive. It is with these needs that I started having issues with responsiveness and request fulfillment from my SD State Farm agent/team. So, after multiple unanswered emails, unreturned phone calls, no changes made, and a little research I requested to switch to Kathy Dottore as my State Farm agent. Trevor, a member of Kathy's team, replied to my initial email in a timely manner and let me know he would be in touch the next day, which I appreciated. Today, Trevor got more accomplished in an hour than my last agent's team had in 3 months. Not to mention that he also discovered that my previous State Farm agent had never finalized the homeowner's insurance policy on the condo we've owed since September. (Um, excuse me!? You're gonna to have to repeat that.) YIKES!!! Trevor was completely on top of getting everything sorting out and making sure all our policies and loan info was good to go as well as adding discounts that my previous agent hadn't. What a relief to be back on track with State Farm! Thanks for all your help Trevor, looking forward to working with you and Kathy!
