I personally go to the Studio 6 Salon at least twice a month and I have always been very satisfied with their customer service. Before I retired, I was a business owner myself. Occasionally, and it was rare, I would have a disappointed customer. They arrive as enthusiastic new clients and then complain about absolutely everything in order to get a discount or refund. Trust me they are out there. Meanwhile, this is a very relaxing salon and leaves its clients with a very calming feeling.

I was a first timer and didn't have any preference and my cut was quite bad. I asked for a straight cut with some pieces to frame my face.. I didn't get styled so i didn't know until I got home, but one side on my hair is considerably shorter than the other side. And the framing also was only done to one side of my face.
