After wandering through their warehouse for 10 minutes a gentleman approached my family and asked if we needed help. When I explained what type of kitchen counters I was looking for he walked away, grabbed a catalog and business card and told us to email him a drawing and the type we wanted. I asked if they did install or measuring and he said "no they only sell the material", told me to email them and walked away. I wish I could blame his shortness on them being busy or it being close to closing time but it wasn't. A bit turned off, I check the door on my way out to make sure it didn't say "by appointment only" and it didn't. So...I emailed him a drawing and two different choices I was interested in. I heard nothing back. I tried calling to see if they received my email and it went to their voicemail. Will I be back? No. I like companies that communicate.

He came out, assessed the situation, provided good advice and options on how to proceed. His assessment was that prior moisture issues in our crawlspace had lead to a very squeaky sub-floor which required removal of the existing laminate flooring and re-securing the sub-floor with screws. We discussed the pluses and minus of new flooring options and decided to go with a solid hardwood hickory floor. We chose to remove all the baseboards and existing flooring ourselves which saved some money. The installation crew (Frank, Frank Jr., and Martin) spent a week re-securing the subfloor, and installing the new hardwood floor and reinstalling the baseboards. From end to end the whole process was very professionally handled. Communication with Ryan and the office staff was clear, helpful, and informative, and I can't say enough about the install crew. They were there early every day until the job was done and they were meticulous in their craftsmanship. All-in-all a job very well done. We're very happy with the result and NO MORE SQUEAKING FLOORS!

We wish we had -- before we moved in -- because it really needed replacement. There were areas of heavy wear, stains of unknown origin left by the previous owners, and it was really in pretty sorry shape. Finally acknowledging that we really DID need to get new carpet, we started shopping around. We checked out the big box stores. We checked out the other local outlets. And after getting some quotes, we decided on Fjelland Floors. Turns out we did it right. The first thing you notice when you walk into their showroom (if you're lucky) is Walter. He's the Official Shop Dog. He's sweet and well, professional. As in a Professional Shop Dog. He's really sweet! And then we met the humans who run Fjelland Floors. Burke and Ryan were professional and very knowledgeable, making our carpet selection an easy process. We knew when the materials would arrive, when the installation would take place, and communication throughout was good. And I want to add a big 10-Star review for the gentlemen who installed our new carpet. Rich and Richard were on time. They were professional and attentive to all those pesky details. They were clean in their habits, easy to communicate with and a pleasure to have doing the work. They not only installed our new carpet BEAUTIFULLY, they made sure to clean up after themselves. They are people who care about the quality of the job they did; they double-checked themselves to make sure they didn't miss a detail. I'd hire these two gentlemen again without hesitation. When my brother removed the riding lawnmower that had been covered with a tarp. Michael called me right away to let me know that something had been taken from the property. He also notified me when he noticed damage to the front door and repaired it for me. He sent lots of pictures pre and post sale. The estimate was very accurate. The proceeds from the sale were promptly sent to me by wire. They did a great job of cleaning up after the sale. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have an estate sale.

The building itself is also antique which, like a lot of the antique malls on Hwy 99, adds to the experience. People working at the mall were a little preoccupied and the front desk attendant wasn't observing COVID requirements. We kept our space and the selection made up for it. Breaking this appart the selection is 4 star, the staff a little less. It's still worth checking out.

If we were to purchase them elsewhere, we would be spending $15.00 for just one of the identical bulbs.
