I asked for a prescription to be filled when I was called by Rachel (who is lovely by the way). We turned up this morning, it wasnt filled. Not the first time this has happened so asked for it to be filled and left to grab groceries. Came back still not filled yet. Jody barked at my husband and then stood there chatting. It took a further 30 mins and one of the assistants told him the reason for the delay was because it wasn't started when we asked for it to be done. He wants to move our business and I don't blame him honestly. You need to speak to your pharmacist about her customer service skillset. There's no need to bark and be rude to customers.

I have probably been a client at Northern Hills Dental for the past 7 years. I really have not a…read morebad thing to say about them and their service during most of the 7 years, except one time when one of the hygienists was quite 'rough' in the cleaning process that resulted in some pain during and after the appointment. Recently, however, I have noticed that they have been quite tardy in their appointment schedules. For the second time in recent memory, I have waited in excess of 35 minutes for my appointment (the first occurrence was much longer than 35 minutes), not including the time I waited before my scheduled appointment time (I always try to arrive early for my appointments). This defeated the purpose of me getting off work a half hour early so that I can get all dental work done before my following dinner commitment. I am not sure how often this happens at Northern Hills Dental but it has happened to me twice. If I were repeatedly late 30 minutes for my appointments, I am sure they would have told me to reschedule. I understand that there are sometimes circumstances that could have extended the appointment before me but that could have been avoided by properly estimating the amount of time it takes for each appointment. For example, extra time should be set aside for children dental appointment. I know that is the case with my toddler... it always takes longer than scheduled. I understand that the delay for them to see me was because they were in the middle of a procedure for a child that took longer than they had allowed for. However, this is the type of repeated experience that causes client to go elsewhere regardless of the reason.

He was able to get me in quickly to deal with the extraction. He was very comforting and it was done before I knew it. I am very thankful for Dr Ng helping me with with very annoying tooth. Performed surgery which I later learned they were not liscenced to do at this location, stopped surgery in midst of it because they dropped a tooth and I was rushed to emergency to be xrayed to ensure I swallowed it and didnt inhale it. Surgery went unfinished, they sent me home while I was still bleeding, didnt sew up their incisions properly and I was unable to contact the dentist to inquire about fixing what they messed up for over 3 weeks. This meant 3 weeks of not being able to eat. They would just not return my calls. Have since required 2 additional surgeries to finish and correct what Dr Chahal messed up, and an additional 6k. In addition, the prices they were charging their patients for surgery was between 25-50% more (depending on the procedure and method of sedation) than the actual dental surgeon charged to correct these errors. Save your money, your teeth and your sanity by not going to this facility.
