I've been attending this group since they were at the old location. Having the option to attend appointments by phone has been a game changer. I have found that the Dr or nurse practitioner will call either right on time or even a little early. I've never had to wait. The patient educator's help is always informative and helpful in knowing which LP can best provide what you prefer in a product. Both the doctors and nurses are professional, friendly and again informative and always able to answer any questions so you understand what they are saying. Very professional. I was helping out a friend find a reputable company that could evaluate her and provide her with a licence. The medical assessment was simple and quite friendly and explained all the questions she had, regarding CBD strains that helped best with epileptic seizures. They completed all the online signup forms with 3 different suppliers (Organigram, Tweed and Bedrocan). Today, she received her first confirmation and completed an order without issue. This place doesn't look anything like a clinic at all, it has an interesting front desk with a timeline wall that you can read to help educate yourself about the advancements of medical marijuana. The back space is even more spatious, with a large waiting room and even bigger room where you speak to your Canna Genius. Even the small rooms that you enter to speak to the nurses/doctors don't feel quite like a clinic but more like a little office, which is nice as it feels very warm and welcoming. I've heard a lot about long waiting times here, but my entire appointment from check in to walk out lasted 45 minutes maximum, despite having a half full waiting room when I had arrived. I believe they are getting better at managing times, or I must have come on a day where things were simply moving quickly - either way, no complaints about the wait time. I went into a little room to discuss what I wanted to use my medical marijuana for, the nurse helped teach me the differences between strains, and she gave me an in depth booklet and sheet on how to start using my products. After that I waited for a doctor, who didn't talk to me much, just went over my files on the computer and confirmed some personal things and then sent me off to the Canna Genius. The Canna Genius' have a big room where there are separate tables that patients will sit at to discuss the best provider for them and what they'll need for themselves. I had no problem with this, but others may say that it is definitely a breach of privacy if you want to discuss these things quietly and in a separate room, as you're about an arms length from the next patient getting consultation from their Canna Genius. Some people are more private than others, but I'm not sure if they will accommodate a request to speak in a private room or not (doesn't hurt to ask, though!) All in all had a great experience, my nurse, my Canna Genius, and the girl at the front desk were all incredibly welcoming and super nice. They seemed genuinely interested in helping me and answered all of my questions, and of course they did it all with a smile and friendly demeanour. read more

Have been going here for a number of years. Great environment- not "overbooked"- a lot of very knowledgeable staff and variety of providers.

Not happy, the Dr Danjee is using some phone that when he calls it will go directly straight to your voicemail and he won't try and call back.  This has happened multiple times.  I receive calls from other blocked numbers so something is on their end and they aren't trying to fix the problem.  The booking agents are nice, but the Dr is useless read more

Unacceptable wait times. Both times I went to Harvest Medicine I was kept waiting in excess of 30 minutes. The second time it happened, I asked others in the waiting room and they'd all been waiting between 40-50 minutes so I walked out. A patient's time is not respected at this clinic at all. I was going to bring my senior citizen parents to this clinic and am glad I didn't. They've lost 3 patients today. read more

Very professional group. They squeezed us in to accommodate our hectic schedule. The doctor was knowledgeable and the "Cana Genius" was terrific! Our paperwork took a little while as you would expect when dealing with a restricted substance.
