Deep moisture to help dryness, massage to help lipid flow and elasticity, and deep masque and moisture to lock in. I left with an amazing glow and my face/neck/shoulders felt like it was 'singing'. Hard to put into words, but she is a real pro. The place is small from street view, but behind the front greeting area the suites are super luxe and filled with spa sounds so you really do unwind. Totally recommend. I've gone probably 3x/ yr for last 5 yrs.

Consistent facials also helped my skin so much (as someone who had congested and acne-prone skin, exacerbated by constant mask wearing). Extractions are very thorough, and painful if it's your first time, but the skincare she uses is super calming and refreshing. IMO, the most improvement is not seen directly after treatment but in the days or weeks following! The treatments helped prevent future blemishes, and makes current or ones deep beneath the skin heal better. Also a super calming environment that I've definitely dozed off in a couple of times. Love Mandy's!

And I can't wait to go back after each visit. A HydraFacial is unlike any other facial. It is quick, to the point, no fluff, computer precise, and A COMPUTER controls everything! Sometimes fluff is good and all, but when it comes to time and efficiency, I'm all about getting right to the point. She followed up with an amazing mask that I even ended up purchasing during our COVID shut down so I could keep up the self-care at home. After she was able to reopen after quarantine, she did so with extra safety measures and I was happy to get another facial. She even shows you one side compared to the other during the facial so you can see how clean your face is getting. The machine is so cool and you get to see all the exfoliated and dead skin after. Sooooo satisfying!! You know that type of satisfying you get after watching those Dr. Pimple Popper videos, yes just like that. I've been using products she has recommended ever since and love that there is an online store to buy all my goodies from! To top off the whole experience, Page is personable, easy to relate to, chat with, and laugh with. Instant skincare BFF! Oh, and if you need other self-care love she specializes in brazilian and all things waxing and Page is known for her quick and efficient hard wax for hair removal. Her super cute storefront in Medford is convenient, has easy parking, and you feel right at home in this cozy, girly but not too girly, comfortable, and clean spa. Thanks, Page! I was a loyal client here for many years and truly valued the professionalism and care I once…read moreexperienced. This place meant a lot to me. Over time, however, it felt like the management style, particularly at the ownership level, shifted. Communication became inconsistent, and situations that once would have been handled directly and professionally were not. This was not reflective of the front desk team. Many of the therapists I connected with moved on. My most recent experience simply was not the right fit. I did not feel fully heard, and the session felt more rushed than mindful. After the session, there was no follow up or check in at all, which has never happened in any of my previous experiences here. I was tired of bouncing around, so I gave it time to see if things might improve. In the end, she agreed it was not the right fit. What was most disappointing was how it was handled. It took several calls, emails, and texts from me to learn that my sessions had been canceled less than 24 hours before my next appointment. The front desk told me the owner was supposed to call me about the cancellations and to suggest an alternative therapist, but that call never happened, and there was no follow up afterward. There was also a brief moment that stood out. I had left more than 20 percent, though less than the week before because the experience felt different. When I shared that, it was suggested that the front desk might not have passed the full amount along. That surprised me, as the front desk team has always been consistently kind, professional, and trustworthy. I want to be clear that the front desk staff are excellent. They make scheduling seamless, communicate thoughtfully, and create a welcoming environment every time you walk in. I am writing this because I cared about this place. I used to genuinely look forward to coming here. Moving on feels like losing something familiar, almost like losing a friend. I would still welcome a one on one conversation with the owner, as I would have appreciated that before. I hope the practice finds its way back to what once made it so special.

Despite the claims on the made during the consultation and the before-and-after photos that were shown to me, the treatment did not deliver any measurable change to my body. What frustrates me most is that I do not feel I was given realistic expectations about the possibility of seeing no improvement. Had I been told that results vary significantly and that some patients may not notice any meaningful change, I would have made a different decision before taking on this expense. Additionally, when I told them I was unhappy with the services provided and ask for a refund or compensated services, they refused and instead tried to get me to pay for more treatments! This was a major financial commitment for me and all for a treatment that provided NO benefit. I would not recommend this place to anyone because they will not be honest with you about the results you will see. Do not waste your money- seek providers who are transparent about both the potential benefits and limitations of the treatment.
