Samsung Care + and Verizon both say use vBreakifix by Assurion. They will not repair it and say it is a samsung issue. Samsung submits the claim to Asurion and ubreakifix has the claim. But will not fix it keep saying it is a Samsung issue. THIS IS BS because it is a uBreakifix issue. The customer gets screwed. Would not use this company to fix a pile of rubbing dog crap.
