Granted, my laptop had been on its last legs for a while (I would go do other things while it woke up from hibernation). One afternoon, it just woudn't turn on. Oh shit! Guess who had backed nothing up? So I typed in "computer repair" into Yelp and this was the first non-Apple Store result. I will warn you, this place is not easy to get to without a car. It's in the middle of a residential neighborhood and required me to take a 20-minute ride on one of the16 series bus from either the Pentagon or Pentagon City Metro to get over here (I spared myself the Metro trek and just drove when I went to pick up my computer). Alex, the "chief geek" (his words, not mine) and owner, helped me out. He was very professional and helpful and even said he would try to fix my computer if possible, but only if it was cost-effective. He wasn't able to fix my computer, but was able to get all of my data off my hard drive. He also offered a free estimate (or rather, it went toward the cost of the data recovery) and recycled my old laptop free of charge. And he gave lots of good advice on what computer to buy next. I hope I won't actually need his services anytime soon, but I'd come back here in a heartbeat if I did. Even on the 16J.

I recently signed up to have our medical billing managed and after painfully wanting me to transition to their systems, some call center out of India now picks up telling me that they will call me back and it's been nearly a week and I have not received any updates... It appears to me that this company is really in India, acting as if they're in the United States because their mailing address is virtual office and so is all of their customer service. I'll be filing a chargeback for the deposit that they took from me and I will be telling everyone in my network to not use this company. Learn from my experience, keep all of your sensitive patient information in the United States or face the repercussions that I'm facing now. It's not worth saving the extra few dollars and not knowing what is going to happen next. STAY AWAY! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

The cleaning was booked for just the main and top floors, but was still over $300, including $30 for an oven cleaning. I'll start with the positive- customer service and communication was great - responsive and friendly. I was told the deep cleaning would take up to 3 hours. I was home to greet the cleaners and left my husband home while I ran an errand. My husband called literally an hour later and said they were done. I rushed home to check the work and found visible mold/ dirty in the shower, which is the ENTIRE reason I called a professional service. My stove cleaning was also not completed. I reported what I found to customer service and sent pictures. They apologized and scheduled for the cleaners to return - TWICE. They canceled each time, and in the end, never returned. I was granted a $30 refund for my oven and $20 credit for my next service. I would NOT recommend this company and will not return to book any additional services. Beware. UPDATE 9/29/26: Spekless Cleaning contacting me after my original review and offered a complimentary cleaning - including an oven cleaning. Yes, it would've been great to receive the proper service the first time around, but I truly appreciate their efforts in finding a resolution and it showed how much they value the opinions of customers.
